Dear Customer Service, I am a loyal member and booked in Accor but Let me tell you my bad experience and my dismay when I stayed last week (Thursday & Friday) at Novotek Suites Riyadh Dyar. Firstly, upon reaching Riyadh Airport, I called several like ten times the hotel landlines but nobody is picking and answer the calls. When we reached to the room accommodation, the room was not the kind I expected that was worth the money I spent. The Sofa was old and dirty, the covering wallpapers were damaged and almost falling from walls it was stuck. The bathroom was a bit old and not refurbished plus it looks like not sanitized. The worst was the towels that were provided were all worn out and and looking dirty not appropriate for guest use. I even requested the room attendant to change with new towels but to my dismay and disappointment, the attendant but said there are no available spare towels to replace. I felt terribly bad to think that I am paying the cost of the accommodation and services that are not worth of my money, my time, and my peace of mind. I and my family were not able to get the comfort that I as a loyal Accor member truly deserves. During breakfast, the service crew / waiter was so impolite and seems have no experience on how to deal and handle guests. I asked regarding the menu and if there are other food choices, rudely responded, I have no idea and whatever food on sight are the ones available. I have never felt so humiliated and treated disrespectfully in my entire hotel experiences not until that time. So rude and incompetent staff. Next time I will not book anymore in hotels like this with such poor accommodation and bad service. That whole hotel experience was a total disgrace and a waste. Sincerely, Ahmad

The hotel is normal as any Novotel .but the staff were the most worst people I deal with Specially the front desk not professional at all in his attitude. They took money from me after I checked out .

First I’d like to share my experience with very good stuff with kind hospitality but the hotel furniture( carpet)is old & dirty with bad smell even with my last appointments in March & February. So, I’ll never reserve again in this hotel

The house keeping are wearing their masks the rooms are poorly cleaned and not maintained, towels are warned out. The staff are not friendly except the reception. Overall i will not stay in this hotel again

Manager never show up and it seems he is not up to that position. Housekeeping is terrible and it seems the staff never worked in any hotel chains. Simply, it is a local hotel with the logo of Accor. Very risky to stay since front desk/reception/security staff are not available most of the time especially night shift.

This property needs works urgently!

We were checked in by a not so friendly lady. She spoke a bad English and was not welcoming at all. She did not identify me as Accor Accor Platinum member. She took our passports, credit cards, charged the whole stay. When I made the reservation, I made clear I wanted 2 beds (2 male guests in Saudi Arabia in the same room!). She said, we charge. Charge was one of the few words she pronounced correctly. We were too tired and accepted. No free drink voucher issued, no room upgrade, not a single "thank you". You definitely need to improve customer attitude!!!!! The room was on 5th floor, terrible smell of smoke outside, fortunately none in the room. The view over the Kingdom tower was breathtaking, but the glasses were covered by sand. I guess they were never cleaned since the hotel was built. Nice large bathroom with a very good shower, full of bad amenities... we had 2 large towels and 1 hand towel. The next morning we run out of toilet paper , we were provided with one. Breakfast was not included and, surprise, we took the extra charge . It was one of the most saddest breakfast in my Accor life. Drinks were always non existent and staff was surprised we asked for juice. Back to the room, bed (king plus the extra roll away) were ok. A/c was ok, but the feeling was not. At a more accurate check, the carpeted floor was very dirty. I had a pair of white soiled slippers, they were black the next day. There were flies smashed over the curtains, a strong sewer stench while stepping into the bathroom. 2 bottles of water were provided, I had to request them again the next day. Housekeeping was a bit farfetched.

The hotel is new or renovated. Rooms are clean. My only comment is that they are using generic notsoaps and shampoos, instead of Novotel branded ones. They also didn't have a loofah. As insignificant as it is, it's annoying. Finally, it is worth mentioning that the bed mattress was hard, it could be a preference for some, but it was uncomfortable for me.

when I cheeked in they gave me room near the elevator I cant sleep because I can hear the voice from the elevator + wasn't clean room + bad view + I call the reception to change the room but no body answer poor service + only late night shift the one in reception answer the call.

This wasn't my first time in this hotel, but my experience was not good at all. Had a few issues, some that I did bring to the attention of hotel staff and others that I didn't. The location is very convenient for me and I might consider it for future stays. Value for price is OK considering my latest stay.

Starting from the cold check in(and I'm a loyalty member!!) through room service that don't speak Arabic (in an Arab country) to making me pay cash advance for my room service all the way to the fungus growing in bathroom makes this one of my worst hotel stays EVER. The in room food menu makes you feel you're in India. The restaurant serves only breakfast!!

fabulous once a new property dying under lack of care

Once a fabulous new property nearing death under abject bad management, total lack of any care to improve. The gym has Four treadmills none of them work, the jacuzzi is under repair without an end date, the bathrooms smell like rotten eggs and no one has a clue why.....and it gives on. Absolutely time the hotel was taken off from the Accor hotel list

overall good with added benefits of TT, temp controlled indoor swimming pool, steam , sauna, pool taable. walking disctance to kingdom tower, good spread in breakfast even for vegetarians. Negatives: reception is under staffed. lights are dim in rooms

One of the cool hotels to stay in Olaya. Considering the prime locality and the the services offered the cost is also very competitive compared to the other hotels. You get a feeling of being welcomed always by the team working with you. Overall a nice place to stay.

The hotel provided a good service and is in the good location near the Kingdom tower. the stuff was friendly and rooms are clean. has nice outside terrace and leisure zone. The chef makes very good birjani!

receptionist was good, the hotel in total is clean but the surrounding area busy with constructions room with no view although in 6th floor, the sink drainage was blocked? Credit card machin was out of order, so make sure to have enough cash.

I like this hotel. Good location, delicious breakfast, and nice room. The offer price also very good. As Silver member of Le Club Accorhotels, they send me the welcome drink to my room after I checked in. Definitely I will choose to stay here when I'm in Riyadh. Well Done!
