الفندق هذا اقل من مستوى اسم نوفوتيل ولايليق ان يكون اسم نوفوتيل على هذا المستوى السيئ الشباك مكسور ولايقفل ولا يفتح قاعدة الشحن اللاسلكي مكسورة المكيف مزعج وغير مريح المواقف جدا ضيقة وغير مناسبة لدخول السيارات وينبغي اقفالها وعدم تجربة الدخول اليها نوفوتيل فقط بالاسم لابالمضمون وماتعرضت له

A nice experience in general. Great location, nice staff. spacious rooms with a great view on the Kingdom Tower. My only complaint is that the hotel only serves food at breakfast, so if you're staying in the evening you order delivery or you have to look for a place to eat. Otherwise, smooth stay.
