Das Citadelle ist wunderbar gelegen in einem Park nahe der Mosel und der Altstadt, diebSehenswürdigkeiten von Metz sind in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. Das Innere des ehemaligen Nahrungsmittellagers ist sehr stilvoll-elegant renoviert, die Zimmer sind sehr gross. Wenn man aber in der Nacht ins Zimmer kommt, ist es schwierig, genügend Licht zu finden. Zwei kleine Lämpchen am Bett waren alles, was ich finden konnte. Ein kleines Fenster nur liess sich einen Spalt weit öffnen. Aber der Hautnachteil: Es war kalt, nach dem Höherschrauben der Heizung, nach der Meldung an der Rezeption - es war und blieb kalt, die meisten unserer Gruppe fanden es deutlich zu kalt. Gutes Frühstück, gutes Restaurant im Haus!

Onze kamer was ruim en de bedden waren prima. Ontvangst ook heel hartelijk. De locatie is famtastisch! Zijn wel een paar minpunten. Je moet geluk hebben om je auto te kunnen parkeren. Het aantal plekken rond het hotel is beperkt. Douchen in bad vind ik niet prettig. Er is geen mengkraan dus duurt even voordat je de juiste temperatuur hebt. De wand rond het bad sluit niet goed waardoor de vloer kletsnat werd. Kans om te vallen is groot…. Het ontbijt hebben ze niet onder controle. Veel dingen waren op en tafels bleven onafgeruimd. Vandaar is mijn score een voldoende!
