Reception people are so welcoming. Modesta and Eky from the sales marketing are just so awesome. Foods are great, clean restaurant and people are so nice. Staff Dede is so kind and helpful in the breakfast area. I will definitely recommend this place as for me being away in the center makes me feel so much in peace and Cikarang is a different area for me to try on.

there was a wedding and graduation nearby on the check-in day, so service was not so great. rooms were all full, staffs were overwhelmed and clearly understaffed, lobby Was packed and noisy. Gym and pool were under renovation. there was no prior notice about it, only a notice during check-in. hotel and room interior was worned out and quite dirty. this isnt my first ibis, and so far this has been the worst ibis ive been to. thankfully i was allowed to check-in early (ALL GOLD). there were small stains on the bed. parking was packed and at first we were asked to Park at Mitra10 across the street. breakfast was normal. public toilet and public spaces were worned out as well. if a hotel needs to be renovated, please close it down or do a quick and proper renovation. Management was so bad, worst ibis I've been to so far. not satisfied at all.

Superb! Upon entering the room, I was amazed with how beautiful the layout. It’s giving the American girl’s bedroom kinda like. 😂 The cleanliness is beyond my expectations. The service provided by the receptionists was exceptional. Warm and kind. The hotel view was comforting as well. Definitely will come back to this hotel!
