Dear Ebrahim P, First and foremost, thank you for choosing our hotel. We would like to provide you with some information regarding your reservation made through the airline company. Due to the number of guests exceeding what the airline company had initially informed us, my colleague had to ask you to wait briefly while we tried to accommodate you. However, considering our hotel’s occupancy rate and available room capacity, we regret to inform you that we were unable to provide you with a suitable room. We have communicated this situation to the airline company and arranged for your transfer to another hotel. We want to assure you that we do not turn away any of our reserved guests and that this situation is entirely related to the airline company. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
