Esperienza positiva presso il mercure wittenbergplatz. La nostra camera era piccolina ma tutto sommato si stava bene. Se devo aggiungere qualcosa di negativo sicuramente il materasso senza topper, infatti l' ho trovato un poco scomodo ma ho dormito lo stesso bene. L' hotel è nuovo e ben posizionato in quanto ha di fronte la fermata metro. Colazione abbondante e varia. Le centrifughe sono state un must che ho apprezzato tanto. Receptioniste sempre gentili e pronti ad aiutare . Raccomando anche il ristorante adiacente la struttura, si mangia bene.

Sono tanti anni che pernotto da voi, struttura ottima sia come Pulizia che posizione. Unica pecca la colazione, ho scoperto di essere intollerante al lattosio ed Ho chiesto al personale di farmi trovare dei croissant o brioche senza lattosio, ma mi hanno risposto che non era possibile e c’erano prodotti salati. Ma io faccio colazione con il dolce e quindi ho pagato 25€ al giorno x 5 giorni solo per prendermi il caffè ed una fetta di pane con marmellata . Io credo che con un po’ di impegno si riuscivano a trovare delle merendine senza lattosio.

Ottima posizione. Hotel pulito e molto confortevole. Sarebbe gradita un’attenzione maggiore alla parte dolce della colazione ed all’arredo delle stanze (la figura femminile in immagine sul letto e nel bagno è un po’ inquietante)

Posizione strategica. Vicino a fermata metro e bus, non molto lontano da stazione Zoologische Garden HBF. Camera calda e accogliente, anche se lato strada, molto silenziosa. Bagno di giuste dimensioni con tutto cio' che puo' servire. Ottima e abbondante colazione, personale gentile.
