Siamo tornati a Berlino per la terza volta e per la prima volta abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel nel quale ci siamo trovati benissimo. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, adorabile il mini market all’ingresso con una notevole scelta e le stanze offrono tutto quel che serve per passare un piacevole soggiorno. Il personale è stato sempre molto disponibile e presente, ci teniamo a ringraziare nuovamente la receptionist Attilia, con la quale abbiamo avuto modo di parlare molto e la sua professionalità è stata incredibile, ha esaudito ogni nostra esigenza prontamente elevando ancora il livello di questa vacanza. Hotel essenziale, ma molto ben posizionato rispetto alla metro. È davvero bello trovare la receptionist Attilia che è madrelingua italiana. È una persona squisita e si è messa a nostra completa disposizione per farci vivere il nostro soggiorno col massimo comfort possibile. La camera è stata soddisfacente per il nostro soggiorno pur essendo un po' piccola. Da migliorare la colazione, pochissima scelta per il dolce, più ampia per il salato.

Buona pulizia, posizione ottima, personale disponibile. Unica cosa: appendere la sacca di stoffa con dentro il phon a una maniglia, con i cordoni ben annodati (rendendone così impossibile l'apertura), non è un'idea geniale. Buon buffet di colazione.

Struttura praticamente nuova in in'ottima posizione, a poche decine di metri dalla stazione della metropolitana di Wittenbergplatz e dalla Tauenzienstraße e dai suoi negozi. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. Il livello di pulizia molto buono. Prima colazione piu' che soddisfacente. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo. Pur essendo a ridosso di una zona della città molto vivace la posizione è molto silenziosa

Buona la posizione ed i servizi intorno la struttura, personale cortese. Non ho trovato - per il prezzo richiesto - il minimo che mi aspettavo. Esempio: Pulizia delle lenzuola e della stanza veramente carente, cuscini inadeguati e polvere che volava nell'aria. Anche l'assenza del Phon nel 2024, ritengo sia inadeguata.
