Limpio , funcionaba el aire . Entraba mucho luz por las ventanas ya que no tenía cortina solo persiana. Tampoco nos gustó ya que nos asignaron una habitación con 6 escalones que con un bebé con carrito molestaba.

Tuve una situación con uno de sus empleados muy mala..se negocio a darme agua cuando me habían llenado una botella el día anterior..el personaje está x la noche es el que prepara tragos..cafe..o comidas..un gorrito con anteojos..bastante basura de persona xq hasta se burlaba xq no entiendo aleman y su inglés muy cerrado..pero negar a recargar mi botella de agua es vergüenza

After carefully reviewing our operations, we would like to clarify that we do not have any staff member on duty in the evening matching this description, and in fact there was no male staff member working during the time in question. Additionally, our hotel does not offer food service, which further indicates that this interaction did not take place with our team. We therefore believe it is possible that you may have visited one of the neighboring gastronomy venues. Some of them are located within the same building, but they operate independently and are not affiliated with our hotel or our hotel bar. Please also note that at our hotel bar, fresh drinking water is available free of charge 24/7, as clearly indicated throughout the property. Muy buena habitación, y zona muy agradable y cómoda, con estación de metro y paradas de tren a la puerta, aparte de muchos bares y restaurantes de buena calidad.

Muy buena ubicación con metro a 100m, excelente trato del personal ,cómodo,... Nos facilitaron tema desayunos de cara a la carrera que ibamos a hacer (media Maraton). Asi como la opción de dejar las maletas tanto antes del check in como del check out. No buscare otras opciones para mi próxima visita a Berlín

Una vez mas, mi grupo laboral y yo, nos hemos sentido muy satisfechos con la atencion y el servicio en este hotel. Ademas, a los fines de nuestra estancia en Berlin (Feria Fruitlogistica), nos resulta muy practica la ubicacacion del hotel. Tambien hay buenos restaurantes cercanos.

Recepción correcta : Mis peticiones por e-mail al hotel fueron cumplidas. Problemas durante la estancia : -- Imposibilidad de regular la temperatura del agua de la ducha . Comunicado en recepción no vino nadie a repararlo. -- Solicité en recepción una 2ª silla para la habitación . Somos 2 personas mayores y en la habitación solo se puede sentar una . La silla en 4 días de estancia no se puso. En otras estancias anteriores no hubo problema y me pusieron otra silla. -- El ultimo día de estancia las 2 toallas que dejé para cambiar no fueron repuestas. Me tuve que apañar con el resto El resto correcto

Todo estuvo muy bien, pero cuándo solicite un horno microondas o alguna forma de poder calentar algo, no pudieron ayudarme. La excusa que me dieron fue que el horno microondas se acababa de arruinar, lo cual me parece muy extraño.

Regardless of whether our microwave in the kitchen is defective, we are not allowed to accept and heat external food for reasons of hygiene.
