Although the room and dining experience was great and I was very pleased with the hotels policy of employing differently abled staffs which was great, however the only thing that was not great was the attitude of the receptionists there, both men & women...they seem to be under a grave misconception that customers who book their stay through platforms like makemytrip etc has almost received this as complementary gift without having to pay...there seems to be an air of disdain/ disregard when dealing with such customers. A pronounced lack of general courtesy in the young lady receptionists was noticed by me during my stay this time on 18th Nov evening to 19th Nov noon, which I had not come across during my earlier stays in the last 3 years in Ibis, Rajarhat....This hotel had been a favourite with me , especially during my single stays here during work related trips. And that's the exact reason I had booked my stay here this time too during my return journey from Delhi...however the snobbish attitude of the receptionists in the recent stay will make me think twice before making a visit here again....regards, A. One of the worst stays ever Cleanliness - ❌❌❌❌ Multiple stains over sofa, cupboards. Pillows turned yellow brown after being reused without cleaning. Dirty bed sheets with multiple hair found at check in. Washroom wasn’t clean either Food - ❌❌❌❌ IRD presentation was really poor . No cutlery. No napkins . No salt/pepper Had to eat cut fruits with hands Breakfast was messed up too. Stale veggies placed in the sauteed veggie pot . Check in - ❌❌ Very slow and inefficient front office staff Laundry/housekeeping - ❌❌❌❌❌No Ironboard in the room. There’s only one shared iron in the corrridor which had black bottom plate completely burnt and rough. Intercom Phone was broken - couldn’t hear anything Will never recommend this to any colleague
