Absolutely outstanding hotel perfectly located. Helpful, friendly staff who go above and beyond to make sure you have the best time. I would like to mention few names who had been over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable Anuj, Suman, Soumya, Bapi & Rakesh. I really thank dem all. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! This was my second stay and was as good as the first one. The lunch we had upon arrival was really good and so was the complimentary breakfast for next two days. The wedding atmosphere in the premise just adds to the stay. All the required coivd precautions were also there. Had a safe and secure parking for my car as well. Thanks for everything looking forward to another stay in future.

Service was super late, whenever we called for anything...the service was offered after 20mins. Even an empty plate took 20mins to be delivered everytime we asked for it. Service could have been better. Also the house keeping boy in the morning shift blatantly lied to us that he cleaned our room but when we saw,it wasn't cleaned..and that guy kept lying about cleaning,hygiene issues are there. We called at the reception and another house keeping boy was sent( who was on duty then).. He came n cleaned the room,he was extremely soft and humble( works in night shift).

overall it was good experience except for the restaurants. Hotel check in process / staff is very good. rooms are clean and well maintained. Wifi works very well. Breakfast is awesome. However, we had very bad experience in restaurant. the service is very slow and poor. Nobody was at bar to attend customer needs to be called every time. The time taken to get bill was also very long. Finally we had to look for staff to get a bill.

Everything was good except the paranoia surrounding self-service in the restaurant during "buffet" meals... That was quite perplexing. When you're permitting guests to consume meals/drinks in a public area, what was the roadblock in allowing them fill-in their own platter? This besides the fact that there were only one or two servers for a reasonably large number of occupants who decided to stay back in their rooms for breakfast implied agonizing wait for something that was within your reach... seriously, ridiculous.

While I am pleased that you enjoyed your stay with us, With regards to your experience in our restaurant - we are still adjusting to the global pandemic and trying our level best to ensure that our hotel and facilities along with all the services are safe for all our guests. The reason behind to stop self service in buffets is to avoid any contamination as the ladles used to serve food are high touch points during the buffet service and could have a adverse effect. Thus, the entire hospitality industry is still in process to define a proper service sequence for our guests to feel safe and make it secure for them. These service guidelines are also in line with the Health Ministry and we also hope that soon we shall go back to the usual service sequence. A decent stay near by Kol airport. The hotel is in a relatively calm environment. Rooms are high average along with an option of good buffet breakfast. Staff is very cheering and helpful as the Bengalis are known for.

friendly and helpful staff, drawback is not alcoholic drinks served in this hotel. this will be a perfect hotel for both travelers on business and holiday should there are more options for drinks. Breakfast selection must be improved.
