Breakfast had many options and everything tasted delicious. The restaurant staff and chef were very friendly and always asked about our needs. Ms. Ina at the reception also always warmly welcomed us. The room was clean and cool, and we will definitely come back here.

The room, lobby, and dining area are actually way more dimmer than what the photos show. That was the very first impression entering the hotel. There was a mosquito in my room. The soundproof was bad because you clearly could hear people talking, opening and closing door, and even during other guests adjusting AC temperature in their own rooms. Swimming pool. One of the reasons why I chose here. However, it was below my expectation. Instead of marketing "this hotel has swimming pool", it should've been stated "there is a swimming pool near our hotel". For the distance to reach the swimming pool, let's just say by the time you do, you won't need to warm up anymore, at least for legs. The atmosphere was more like asking for permission to swim in other hotel's pool. The length of the pool was also not comfortable for exercising. My main issue is probably during breakfast time. There was this grumpy waitress coming at me right away asking for room number after I entered the dining area. No greeting, no smile, just checking whether she was facing a freeloader or not and then some moments later, when I was getting some more to eat, my plate and cutlery got taken away by her. So she can actually notice me as a new guest entering the dining area among the crowd, but she can't tell I am STILL IN the dining area. Come the next morning. Entering the dining area early and I went to get my breakfast. The same grumpy waitress walked by. No greeting at all. I guess asking for a staff to say 'good morning' is too much. The breakfast started at 6. However, not all the staff were ready even it was already 6.30. Also, the dining area sure was quick with taking away plates and cutlery BUT no replacement with new ones on tables for next guests. There was one time when it was still crowded and there were still hours until breakfast time finished, but the staff never refilled dessert area. Two days in a row, from what I witnessed. Way too obvious for saving cost, but instead the hotel chose to play the "go green" card by placing a blackboard noting how many food was wasted the day before, which was apparently not updated daily. Is it still 18 grams there?
