My family and I stayed at Mercure Hotel Ancol for 3 days and 2 nights since it was a long holiday. I can pretty much sum up my experience here as wonderful! The service—whether it was guest or room service or the dining service—was very comfortable, welcoming, and friendly! The food is also very appetizing and yummy, ranging from Western food to Indonesian food. The facilities here are also very engaging! There are game room (with billiards, VR, basketball, etc), swimming pool with slide, gym, even spa! We can also rent bicycle here to stroll around Ancol. Overall, it was a great experience, recommended! —with staff restaurant Mas Retno

The place is nice with lots of activities you can do such as swimming, vr areas, fitness. The service and hospitality are also good. The room is nice and clean when i first stepped inside. The food's also nice and they have various kind of foods that you can find here. Staf restaurant Mas Retno.

An amazing place to stay in ancol, The hospitality of the staffs, The room really spacious and clean, A true kids friendly hotel with many kids activities, And no forget to tell about sunda kelapa resto; we had a pleasant dining experienced there, became a must visit place if you stay here, especially for mr soni who treated me and my family very well. This experienced make this hotel the main destination if we want spend our time in Ancol.
