Very pleased with everything, particularly the caring staff. Manager Mr. Ricky goes the extra yard in being as helpful as possible, providing information for whatever need arises. The professionalism and courteous support also extend throughout the staff - front desk, restaurant, and maintenance. The hotel is very clean, well located, and an excellent value. The food is good, the croisant is delightfull. The lobby is beautyfull. My room number is deluxe room, and i have a quiet problem. Not only when i come to the door is not locked yet but also the pillow is some how looks dirty, i may suggest you to fix it

Everything was fine so far. The staff is very friendly. Special thanks to Miss Puput and Miss Seia Ana in the breakfast area. In the room there is a comfortably adjustable A/C, drinking water, a water boiler for tea/coffee and a safe, among other things. Only the liquid soap/shampoo in the shower wasn’t to my taste, which is why I bought my own after two days.

I stayed for a night during business trip to Jakarta. When i stay at grand mercure right beside this property, its looks good from outside also the review wasnt so bad. So i give it a try. - room is dirty, i even clean up the floor with tissue. - bathroom is small and smell bad. The floor os also grayish makes me feel even worse. - towel looks like being used for years and not changed. - lack of lighting, especially in bathroom. - normally they play some music/instrument in corridor to live up the ambience, but not with this hotel. Its dead quiet. -property are not maintained well, some area in elevator, corridor and even lobby feels so old. Im not coming back.

I have stayed at this hotel for the first time. I really like and enjoy this hotel because of the very friendly staff from reception, housekeeping, security and also the restaurant staff, especially the girl named Sela (if I'm not mistaken). The room I stayed in was very clean and comfortable. The most excited when I got a surprise from the hotel by giving me 2 slide cakes and they sang for my birthday. I did not expect and this memories that I will never forget. I will come to stay here again when I come to Jakarta. This hotel is highly recommended because providing excellent service to guests. Sorry if i did not mention every staff name but you know who you are. Thank you so much for your excellent service.
