Very comfortable overnight stay with family. We checked-in close to midnight and were welcomed by Eirene who was very helpful ensured we all were looked after. The room and staff were excellent, however breakfast served was a slight letdown. Everything else was great!

Stayed for a night (family with little kids) Despite a known franchise name, overall it just average as expected from any hotel with main bulk coming from tourist agencies. Pros: Beds were comfy Staffs were courteous and doing very best to help 😄 Pool fun for kids, equipped with slides & playground. not crowded Smart TV with cable channels Parking space ample & comfortable & safe Cons: Cleanliness, can be improved - towels, toilet stain Kitchen food service not available as what being old - only left with nasi goreng that day (ordered at 6pm) Breakfast spread acceptable, not varied

Well location, good stay but old hotel. The toilet seat got yellow stains. The towels were not very white, quite old too. However, the swimming pool is good for the kids.
