Terrible experience in redeeming welcome drink

Was trying to redeem the welcome drink but it was totally bad experience. It is written a few places for the welcome drink but that is wrong info. The attitude of the restaurant staff (probably is the supervisor) is super terrible

It’s quite close to Jonker walk and the room is comfortable. There’s also sufficient parking space.

overall good location but shower area was not well maintained... mouldy corners in the whole shower area. Doors are patchy. The corridors reek of cigarettes' smell. Not pleasant. Given Level 1 for Accor Plus Platinum member. Breakfast in the morning was terrible, no food re[lenishment at 830-9am, before that fully packed with tour groups.

Receiptionist need to trained well

Checking in on friday night..only 2 guest on the line including me but it takes 45 minutes to arrange our room. the staff also dont have a polite gesture like a greeting, smile,etc. They also whispering to each other in front of the guest.. We dont get side by side room eventhough we have been boked from one month ago . For the location and the car park i am satisfied..but pls you need to train your staff politely
