einvoice barcode cannot be used, call to request for einvoice on invoice 55451 but the einvoice issued with wrong information, request for revised einvoice with multiple call and email from 30-Apr until 6-May. the revised einvoice still yet to send to my email...very very poor responce and follow up.

We had a good stay at Ibis Melaka. This is our second time staying here. We love the facilities such as swimming pool & gym. I would say kid's friendly or family friendly. Just a note, I called the reception to replace my kettle because it was broken. After 35 minutes I went down & bring my kettle because I want to use it. Front office was full & swam with Chinese tourist to check in the hotel. I left my kettle there and told them to put in my room because I am going out for dinner. The kettle was there when I am back to my room. Thank you but next time the reception should call me back and explain or get the housekeeping to change my broken kettle. Please coach and provide more training to the team member! Location wise is great because walking distance to most of the attractions 5-10 mins.

Room amenities, very lacking, water no pressure, shower gel is just too basics, and bed is not comfortable.

On the first night around 9pm they were some wall knocking noises for about half an hour, not sure where the noise were coming from. The breakfast spread was enjoyed by my family.
