This was my second time in Ibis Melaka. I enjoyed my stay last time so I chose it again on my second trip to Melaka. The location is great, about 5-10 minutes walk to Jonker and Melaka Square. Check in was quick, and staff were amazing. Room was clean and well maintained. I appreciate that they added a filtered water faucet in the room so there is no need to get bottled water. If I'm not mistaken, this was not available last time I stayed in the hotel. Breakfast buffet is fine, the options are a bit limited though. They do make some changes in the options daily. If ever I come back to Melaka again in the future, I will definitely choose Ibis again.

Good experience. The bed was comfortable and to my surprise, a bolster was provided. Great touch for a good nights sleep. What I didn't like were no hand towels, no separate shampoo, no security at the carpark although I was told the barrier comes down at 11, and a man is around.

Overall, it was okay, but the pool requires some maintenance. The pool floor was uncomfortable and painful to walk on due to the rocks on the surface.

Our experience for ibis hotel was juz great. Lots of parking space even for big buses. Room was clean n come with basic necessity. The lobby is great n the staff also marvellous. Easy to get around n KK marts juz cross the road. Few minute walk to Jonker street n site seeing. Really recommend to stay here if visit Melaka. But the room aircond need to be serviced regularly, it's not that cold but stuffy air from the outlet of the aircond. Overall really satisfying to stay at ibis n will definitely stay there again in future visit.
