Disappointing Stay

As you will be aware, I booked 4 rooms for a single-night stay with my family. Unfortunately, the reward and status points awarded are incorrect. Also, the check-in process was very poor, with little or no assistance provided by staff and no communication provided. When I arrived to check-in, staff advised that the rooms were not ready. As it was slightly before 2pm, this was perfectly ok. However, your staff would not add my companion's names to the room bookings, which made it very difficult for us to go about our business during the afternoon while waiting for the rooms to be ready. This meant that my family would all have to meet back at the hotel at the same time as me to check-in and obtain their room keys, which was a gross inconvenience. Additionally, your staff failed to allow us to leave our luggage at the hotel until the rooms were ready and they also provided no information at all on parking facilities. There was no information provided on when the rooms would be ready and none of your staff called to advise when the rooms were actually ready. Even when I returned with my family later in the evening, your staff did not apologise or offer any amenity for the inconvenience caused. As a Platinum Member, I was very disappointed by the very low quality of your service.

good location, clean room but terrible customer service at reception

hotel is located in nearby of all Melaka city attractions; rooms and hotel common areas are clean and well maintained. we make two requests to reception (by chance to same front operator, named Shannon): both time he firmly replied NO without even check or supporting us with alternative solution to our problems. Ffirst request was to get from maintenance team an Allen key to adjust our baby stroller broken during flight; Second was a late check out of 2 hours and he didn't even asked our room number and we would even have paid an extra; we raised our voice and got to talk to his manager that said Yes without problems. This bad customer service caused us wasted time and we would have expected a better service from a 4 stars hotel. Please do better customer training to your employees !

The stay was a pleasant and relaxing for us. The fast and efficient check in was 5 stars experience. The room and toilet was clean. Your swimming pool was excellent. The only thing that bothers me was, you were promoting the whole watermelon drinks. During the hot day, we were disappointed tom know that the drink was not available. What's the point promoting it if you don't have it?

The first room given was terrible without aircon. We have to change room. 2nd room the toilet sink choke. This is a bad experience.
