We chose this hotel because of the good comments and it can be seen that we came straight to check in, the reception staff were very polite, the rooms were given as requested facing the sea, for us the price was not an obstacle because this is a 3 star hotel but the service is 5 stars. In our room there is a view of the sea which dances in the evening when you can see the sunset, the rooms are clean, the towels are clean. Later in the evening we choose to sit back and relax while drinking and eating at a restaurant called the skyline restaurant with the atmosphere of the city of Padang. So there's no reason we can't say it's not good, this hotel is highly recommended because it's close to the city center, close to the famous Grand Mosque, and Padang beach which is wide. Thank you for the comfort, friendliness of the staff and for welcoming everyone as family.

I Have no idea. I pay almost 800k . But what i got? It's nothing. Totally nothing. AC kinda suck, small space, small bathroom. Our mini bar? That's doesn't work for sure. We can't sleep cause this room kinda smell so bad. Even everyone talking or coughed from outside of the room? I can hear all of them. I just feel so bad to this accommodation. I was asking for iron to housekeeping. 30 minutes? Damn they don't even care abt it. I call them twice. After that they came with burning iron with unfriendly face and said "please tell me if u have done".well I've been waiting for u like one hours. But u treat me like that😅. And saddly that burning iron broke my dress. TV? I'M DYING. WiFi? Better if u use your seller data. (They like a snail for sure) and for the bed? Well I feel sick on it. I feel bad for everything. Honestly if there's no star. I wouldn't give it . Even 1 star .nope.i wouldn't give it. but I can give one star cause the receptionist was a good girl, that's the only point I like from this hotel. Honestly guys, if you looking for hotel in padang. Try find something else before you feel what I felt.

This hotel is within walking distance to nice places to eat. It is a cheaper option for those wanting to travel to Mentawai to go surfing very early in the morning by ferry. The breakfast was good and the room a good size also.

Standaard zakelijk hotel. We hadden dit hotel geboekt vanwege het zwembad, maar dat bleek te vies om in te zwemmen. Op ons verzoek hebben ze het wel schoongemaakt, maar dat duurde een hele dag, waardoor we er alleen de laatste dag een half uurtje gebruik van hebben kunnen maken. Personeel in restaurant wisselend, sommigen erg aardig, sommige zeer ongeïnteresseerd. Kamers netjes, maar ze ons, gezin van vijf, twee kamers met ieder 2 bedden willen geven.

Laatste nacht na een rondreis in Sumatra in het Ibis doorgebracht. Eondelijk weer een hotel wat modern is. De ontvangst bij de receptie is vriendelijk. De kamers zijn licht en schoon en het bed is goed. De badkamer is een soort cabine maar ook schoon en licht. Ontbijten en lunch en diner is op de 10 e etage waar een geweldig uitzicht is. Ontbijt prima.
