We stayed at the Sofitel Bali mid- December 2025 with friends. The hotel is beautiful, spacious and decorated lovely for Christmas. We enjoyed the pool facilities everyday during our stay and the staff were polite and attentive. We went on a cycle tour with Wira and saw more of Nusa Dua and its main attractions. This is a great activity for the whole family. Thank you to Pande for taking care of room, appreciate you and all of the housekeepers. My only feedback for improvement would be the breakfast. There is an array of food and many many options. The egg station is so busy that the eggs arrive cold, chewy or tasteless. The bacon is hit and miss - if it’s cooked or raw. If you’re planning to book consider not getting breakfast included and trying out Toya restaurant at the beach front. Overall a solid 4 out of 5 for Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua.
