We had a fantastic few days at the hotel , on the first Morning I had an accident with a tree . I had a nasty cut on my forehead . I went to guest services and Meity was on duty , she organised a nurse to attend to me in the room and then when I required going to hospital , organised a hotel car to bring me . In addition Meity rang and checked up on my progress and send fruit and a get well card to the room . Meity went above and beyond the call of duty . The hotel staff are all so friendly and the food is amazing .

We stayed at the Sofitel Nusa Dua for 10 nights. It was our third trip to Bali and the experience at Sofitel was amazing. The meals were incredible. The facilities were great. We did a cooking class and yoga classes and went to the gym every day. Our favourite part of the experience was the staff, it made our trip joyous and we can’t wait to return. Our beautiful room attendant Asih who made our room beautiful whilst we were at breakfast every day. It is the staff that make this hotel a magical place to stay. Thank you x

Great stay. Hotel well designed. Spotless communal areas. Staff were highly trained. Our room attendant, Suta, and Sri at Kweezeen, were particularly great and attentive. The main restaurant, Kweezeen had a good variety. Situated in a secure tourist area, it can be a bit far to Ubud and beyond. Otherwise an enjoyable stay.

We had a great stay at the Sofitel. The room was lovely, pool was great, and all the staff were very helpful, accomodating and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Special mentions to Ravael who checked us in, Sri at KweeZeen, and Oka, Adiana and Sangi at Cucina.
