A few clerical errors without any apologies, poor customer service

I am writing his review while I’m still here. This is our second visit to the Sofitel and on the luxury escapes package. We were excited because our first experience was excellent and booked for a big family trip because of this (3 luxury resort rooms in total). This time however there have been a number of instances already that have been lacking. 1. They repeated asked us regarding our arrival dates and times, and sent us information about our stay and inclusion with the millisime club, including an attachments. However on arrival we were advised that it was all a mistake and we wouldn’t have access. 2. We waited for a long time before they checked us in, because they were busy while we could clearly see staff were free and we are travelling with little children. We appreciate it’s a busy time of year, however seeing staff free was disappointing. 3. We had to move rooms, because they placed us right next to the restaurant which has music playing loudly from 6am. However we had to chase 4 times before we were able to do so. They had forgotten apparently. 4. Our luxury escapes inclusions clearly states that a child under 11 eats free from the kids menu when dining with a paying adult. (There are no exclusions articulated regarding which outlets do and do not include this- however this was disregarded at the pool) Rather than anything else, I think it is disappointing that they just say sorry but don’t actually respond in any other way. Other than that- it is a beautiful property. Kweezeen is fantastic for both breakfast and dinner buffets and the swimming is delightful. Being right near the beach is a real treat.

Simply the best in Bali.

Sofitel Nusa Dua is an oasis of calm and relaxation away from the hustle and bustle of Bali. The staff was first class to keep everyone happy and relaxed. Nothing was over the top for Yuli, Bayu and Bagus (the Butlers) who took great care of us. The resort never felt overcrowded despite being full capacity during the Christmas/New Year season and the breakfast spread had everything to cater to everybodies' taste. Thank you Sofitel for taking great care of us and making it a holiday to remember!

Lovey, relaxed and just the holiday I needed. Staff were just so helpful and made the stay so much nicer, shout out to Ricky at check-in. We had a big group and was able to assist and make the check-in very smooth and painless. Second time at Nusa Dua looking forward to my future trips there. Highly recommended for couples and families.

Githa and all the staff were exceptional at table service and food recommendations. Mushroom soup was exceptional. Only 1 star off for 5 star was some of the dishes weren’t as nice as expected.
