I have booked the package through Luxury Escape for 6 Nights. Luxury Escape took one week to confirm my booking with my desired dates after I contacted with the hotel directly few times. Hotel reservation manager Ade confirmed the dates of my booking over the phone. Now I contacted to Luxury Escape to book my holidays, they are asking to pay $85 Per night extra which was not confirmed by hotel and luxury Escape staff earlier. This practice is totally unprofessional and making money from the customers, I have lost my trust & faith with the Luxury Escape. Be careful other customers who has booking with Luxury Escape to not pay extra. Mamta Nigam

We were here for 22 days, and breakfast was served every day. The staff in the restaurant went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Thank you Satya, Awantari, Rai, Desak, and the interns: Yesikaa and Lioni. You're fantastic!

More than any other hotel service, housekeeping is a crucial one you'll encounter every day. We stayed here for 22 days, and every day, housekeeping went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Thank you, Astawa and Aditya, you're fantastic!

The best thing about this Hotel is it's staff.... However, the hotel itself is clean but is over 20yrs old. They don't provide any toothbrush or toothpaste etc unless you ask for it. ... Tea & coffee is very limited.... Despite complaining about having ants in our room that crawled all over our phones & laptops whilst charging on the desk, nothing was done about it. Another annoying thing was recycling meals, serving leftovers in their buffet over & over again....Breakfast however was always great. In the seven days we stayed there, their a la carte menu ( that you have no choice but to order from on some days for lunch & dinner ) never changed once...the same meals on offer over & over again. Also, this Hotel is not beachfront, so if you're thinking of taking a walk on the beach after dinner, forget it. We are Accor members, but because we booked this accomodation through a travel website, they would not add our Accor membership number to the booking which we were very disappointed with.... we will look for other accommodation should we decide to visit Bali again.
