De service is top: vriendelijk, snel en met een glimlach. De medewerkers doen echt hun best en niets is hen teveel. Het eten ziet er prachtig uit en smaakt heerlijk. We stayed in Bali Sofitel Nusa Dua resort it was a great stay, I went there with my family Son Daughter Son in law and two children and my wife. We had a great time at the hotel very spacious pool and swim up bar, good service to a fair price. When we arrived we have been told that we received a free upgrade to a better room on the ground floor with plunch pool and a garden with great massage bed for two. And all of that included in our booking so nice of them.

We waren hier met het hele gezin als eerste verblijf hebben gekozen voor dit hotel omdat het ook niet te ver rijden is van het vliegveld. Een uitstekend hotel met enorme kamers schoon van dag een tot en met vertrek goede service in alle opzichten voor ons een dikke tien. We zijn best wat gewend maar het gaat over de algemene indruk en die is hier heel goed.
