I will never recommend this hotel for the following reasons: - we have booked and payed the room for two adults and one kid but they didn’t arrange anything for our son, even no towels or bed sheets available for him. - the room wasn’t very clean and not even glasses available to drink water. No possibility to make a coffee or tea in the room. - breakfast was very limited and low quality. If you don’t move quickly you will remain without options until they will refill it. Very limited! - you need to be very careful with the personnel from the restaurant since if you don’t check your bill carefully before you pay you will have a big surprise after, they will charge you extra for different products that you didn’t consume. And this didn’t happen only for us, also for other clients. AVOID THIS HOTEL!!!!

This was my second stay at this hotel, and unfortunately, I noticed a decline in quality. Our room had visible signs of water damage and mold on the walls. I also had a very unpleasant experience at the restaurant—our bill was overcharged by €36. When I pointed it out, the staff did a quick recalculation and returned only €32 in cash, effectively shortchanging me a second time. Because of these issues, this hotel is now on my blacklist, and I will advise my family and friends to avoid it as well.

Nadat mijn gezin en ik gestrand waren in Regensburg was het personeel zeer begripvol en behulpzaam. Buiten dat was de hotelkamer prima om meerdere dagen in te verblijven en was het eten in 't restaurant van goede kwaliteit.

Ik kom al jaren in het Hotel in Regensburg en iedereen is vriendelijk de kamers zijn perfect en tevens de parkeer gelegenheden . Wat jammer is dat het gebruik van de horeca op het zeer mooie buitenterras tijdens de zomer maanden niet meer in functie is qua betellen van pizza of andere snacks.

I’ve stayed here 2 years ago on my way to my home country and then it was a very positive experience. This time, as a start, I never received a reply on my email about my stay. Second, our check-in experience was rude. The bed caused me so much pain in the back that I couldn’t sleep all night. Pillows are overused. For breakfast, some of the bread is hard and and dry (old). Less variation than 2 years ago, less quantity from every. Overpriced parking.
