We are very pleased that you rated us highly in almost all categories and are delighted that you enjoyed your stay with us. It is of great importance to us that you were satisfied with our services. Normally the lift is just running to reception floor without a room key. Much to our regret the card reader had a technical issue which will be resolved as quick as possible.
