A good budget base to visit the city.

Can't fault this hotel. Reasonable price, good service from staff, spacious and clean rooms with all basic facilities. The location is also good with restaurants, cafes and bars close by in a safe area, plus the no 11 tram stops right outside which goes into the city centre. A perfect budget hotel. Car parking is E15 per day. The only slight gripe is the security. Anyone can literally walk in, jump in the lift at ground level or in the car park (reception is 1st floor) and access any hotel floor.

Bed was comfortable, ok for one night. Walking distance to the main train station and the tram stop is out the front of the hotel. Lidl is approximately 1km walk. Surprisingly quiet given it is located on a main road. Definitely budget, don't expect too much.

Some guys knocked our door in the middle of the night .They were speaking in German which I didn't understand .I asked them to speak in English .They didnt and just laughed .They kept on knocking for not less than 10 minutes .When I said I'd call the police someone came from the reception shouting "open the door or I will open it myself" .I opened the door terrified .He stepped into my room and pressed a button without explaining anything to me and left.My elderly mom and myself couldn't sleep for the rest of the night.This was Soo inhumane and sooo disrespectful .How can this happen in Germany ?!!

We stay here for 2 nights. When we arrived in this hotel the lady reception was very rude to us. She asked for my name during check in, I told her that perhaps I can give her my booking number which is easy for her because my name is written in the confirmation, because foreign name perhaps is difficult to understand she still requested my name in very rude way, then I told her my name but she could not get then we fought for a bit during checked in I have been spent 10 days in Europe this trip, a mong 1 week in Germany. I have booked in Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Singen, Geneva, Nice and Paris all with Ibis but on this Frankfurt hotel has the worst receptionist Will never book this hotel again. Nevertheless, I’m a member of Accor.

Excellent Location in the heart of Frankfurt near a metro station, tramway, supermarket,restaurant,coffee Easy and fast check in, thanks to receptionist for early check in Very clean room much more than i expected, very quiet, strong wifi, air conditioning works well, good value for money I highly recommend this hotel
