facility 5 room 4 management 2 service 2 위치, 풍경은 멋진 호텔입니다만, 사무적이고 고객을 생각하지 않는 리셉션, 식당 매지니먼트가 편안하고 즐거워야 하는 가족 휴가 기분을 망치게 만드는 아쉬운 호텔입니다. 두번을 갔으나 두번 다 너무 안 좋은 기억들이 트라우마로 남아 두번 다시 풀만 계열 호텔은 가지 않을거 같습니다. 대체적으로 풀만 계열은 좋지 않은 기억들만 남습니다. The location and scenery are wonderful hotels, but This is a disappointing hotel where the clerical and unassuming reception and restaurant management ruin the feeling of a family vacation that should be comfortable and enjoyable. I've been there twice, but both times, the bad memories left me with trauma, so I don't think I'll ever go to a Pullman hotel again. In general, only the bad memories of the Pullman series remain.

Frequently came back to Pullman Ciawi Vimala Hills Resort, loves the service and hospitality, all the staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Bu Nia and buttler team who take care of us during our stay. And also Damar staff who served us with really excellent services, especially Elin, Nataliana, Eko, Aming. Last but not least, thanks to Entertainment Team, Aji and Team for keeping us entertained during our stays. Thank you and see you soon!

Nice room and very clean. The surrounding is so green and peaceful. It is a great place to escape the busy nearby city. The location is just right before the 'ganjil genap' traffic. Great restaurants in the hotel, but the food took a bit long to be served. Breakfast has nice variety of food and flavorful home made ice cream, but the food a bit salty. Great outdoor activities for kids and adults. I would recommend Pullman Vimala Hills with a bit of improvement. But certainly will come again.

The hotel cover a wide area with lots of green area. It’s very clean on all the area. Hotels provide lots of activities for kids and teens. 3 swimming pool is available to be use. Room was spacious and clean with complete amenities. Bed comfy, pillow selection is available

Great place to hide away

The room is perfect. Clean and large space. I like the large balcony where I can seat have a coffee with fresh air. The breakfast at Damar is excellent. Ibu Titi and her team, the GRO and Natalie are friendly. The steak at MadCow is so so. But the restaurant itself is stunning. The pizza at Padi is good one. It feels like far away from Jakarta.

Great view. The staff is not helpful and responsive (maybe it was busy at that time). There are some executive room facilities that are not functioning properly. But after walking around, I might try staying at the villa.

Courteous Staffs, great hotel facilities

There is Only one hotel resort in BOGOR / PUNCAK area that has a complete package of great service, value for money stay and great facility. The staffs here are always polite from the front line staff to the housekeeping staffs. The breakfast has a great variety of food. The swimming pools and facilities are always kept clean. Adults and kids has tons of activities to choose from and we had a great time. Big thanks to Kak Nia who always provides the best environment for us. And for the front line staffs like Jessica who checked us in. Also thank you to the breakfast crew who kept serving us non stop Especially for platinum Accor members, this is truly THE choice in BOGOR and PUNCAK area. The benefits and perks you get here is unlike other hotels.

flawless hotel in a beautiful landscape

he hotel is located just at the exit of the toll road, make it easier to access because of the notorious traffic jam in Puncak area. The hotel just opened few years ago, so the room is still spotless and very clean. The service of the staff was excellent during my stay. We also enjoyed the food served in the Damar Restaurant for our Dinner (a la carte) as well as during breakfast (buffet). The landscape of the hotel is superb, with a lot of activities available for all age. Very family friendly. A memorable stay. Would stay again in the near future.

The Best Pullman i have stayed

I have stayed in this resort a few times, and each time they made me feel so welcome and I will definitely come back again. The staff are polite and helpful and respond the requests promptly. The Check in and check out are also smooth and fast despite the safe measures putting in place in view of COVID 19. The breakfast has many choices unlike most hotel has narrow down the choice to a few ala cart menu. More importantly the food are delicious. I also has afternoon tea at Salak bar and the view is view is fantastic as the mount Salak is directly in front. The SPA is another must try. The masseurs are very skillful and the massage is so relax that i zoom in and out of waken and dreaming states.

Actually i am not interested to stay at this hotel because they do not have any lounge (i reached platinum accor recently). But then it turns to be one of my great experience. To compliment the lounge they give: Double upgrade room Satisfying welcoming amenities at room Free snack and drink at lovely salak cafe Early n late check out And the best thing: all the benefit are for maksimum 2 rooms Ah and not forget to mention special breakfast menu that taste so amazing. I think they know how to satisfied their loyal customer. And i felt it. Nice. Hope to see you soon 🙂

a nice vacation with family, in our opinion pullman ciawi is the best pullman hotel in Indonesia, the location is good, the rooms are big and nice, lots of games for children, the breakfast is varied, and the service is very satisfying, because we are platinum members, we feel very served from start to finish one day before our arrival to checkout.

Hotel Location is great, not too far from toll exit, rooms are great, surrounding area is just really nice and facility, restaurant are just great. some hotel are really helpful and friendly, some are just "do their job", should be more friendly towards guest I hope!

A wonderful 3 nights stay at Pullman Vimala Hills. Everytime I stay at this hotel, I find the same quality level which is perfect in almost everything, the convenience of the room (I was upgraded to a suite which I appreciated so much), the good breakfast and the friendly staff. Special thanks to JESSICA and YOGI at the Damar restaurant for their kindness. I will definitely stay again.

Perfect weekend getaway

Pullman Ciawi is perfect place for your weekend staycation. My family and I have spent holiday several times at this hotel. Not to far from Jakarta but we feel so refreshed when back to our routines. Their service are excellent, meals are also delicious especially at Damar. We joined yoga on Sunday with Rani as the instructor. She is best and that was our first time with her even though we have joined several yoga sessions when we stayed at Pullman. Other activities are also great especially if you have kids.

Nice hotel, lots of facility activity for children, breakfast menu bery good, staff hotel service good even i have problems whit my complain (the hotel staff quite slow to responded but finally they upgrade my room), GR staff very fast response.

this is our first visit. we have a good impression, feel welcomed, not only as a diamond member, but also a special guest. since the welcoming message we kept make a good coordination to prepare the stay, GEM Nia, made a good preparation, and deliver my concerns and hope, in fact beyond the expectation. although the property in a full occupancy, i still felt being prioritized and they can translate my wish to have us time. welcoming at the damar resto while we are waiting for the early checkin, was also stunning, not only because they prepared the diamond benefit snack, but also provided me a good coffee from Salak machine. the villa was also stunning, we got the quite, clean, service, nice stay, keep up the good work.
