Service was great………!! Kak Usup, Fahri, Elma, and Alfi was extremely helpful!! We were even given extra time to play and they were very accommodating! Loving the experience <3 Every single of the staff was super attentive…….!! We felt really taken care of!

Hotel with very complete facilities. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I had a pleasant experience with Arya, the staff in the Archery section. For the breakfast package, priced at Rp. 335 thousand net, it needs improvement in terms of taste and type of dishes.

Mas Usup was very helpful and friendly, our children enjoy the wall climbing so much. It is one of the numerous facilities provided by Pullman Hotel at Vimala Hills. Will definitely come back to this place. There are also many animals in the mini zoo.

Very good facilities and interesting experience for our child during their holiday in Pullman Ciawi and very helpful assistance from all the staff especially from the wall climbing games with good support from Usup. Definitely one of the best staycation places near Jakarta

Nice view, lots of activities, have several swimming pools, close to big cities but still has private rural vibes to it. Thanks to Ms.Laura & Ms.Ara for fun & kids friendly activities @ kid's club. :) Would really consider for another trip here next time
