Our stay at Pullman Vimala started with a very upsetting breakfast experience. We waited for over 30 minutes with a toddler and baby, but suddenly a large group of guests cut the line and took freshly vacated tables right in front of us. No staff intervened, and I had to confront the situation myself. It was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. But to the hotel’s credit, they took this issue very seriously. That evening at Mad Cow, the managers approached us and sincerely apologized. The next morning, Mr. Dewanto and the Guest Relation Manager met us personally at Damar to follow up. They listened, apologized again, and even invited us for dinner to make up for the situation. Mr. Yosua, the Guest Experience Manager, also contacted me directly, followed up via phone, explained they held an internal meeting, and even sent a formal email to ensure the matter was resolved. As a gesture of goodwill, they insisted on giving us a very late checkout (around 4 pm.. we even felt bad accepting it!). They asked if we needed anything else and treated us with top-notch service from that point on. Honestly, the apology alone would have been enough, but they went above and beyond. Kudos to the entire Pullman Vimala team for owning the issue and going the extra mile to make it right. We truly appreciate it and look forward to staying here again.

One Stop Resort Hotel

Visit this with my family to celebrate long weekend period. i arrived very early in the morning to avoid traffic jam in the location and come to lobby to have registration first. they inform my room has not yet ready (for sure , since i arrived at 6.30am) but the most surprising part was that i was chosen for being upgraded to Suite! thank you so much - thank you GRO Team During registration, they also mention my son can swim, play in playground and use hotel facilities while waiting the room ready (ready before noon!) If you bring your kids to this hotel, i can guarantee, they will happy since plenty activity provided - even for teens and adult , huge resort style hotel (btw i spend total 17k steps per day haha) highly recommended!

Best experience. They have 3 swimming pools. so many variants of breakfast, please dont miss it. I love the room, spacious and also has balcony. They provide many activities for children. I also note for the fitness activities. I joined fitball class, taught by Mas Juna. He instructed clearly and gave some advices for strong body.

Love the Resort, But Service Fell Short This Time

Pullman Ciawi has been one of my favorite nearby escapes from Jakarta. Unfortunately, during this visit, I was left quite disappointed by the overall hospitality and service. Prior to our stay, I communicated with Mr. Y from the Guest Experience team regarding our booking of two rooms. I raised concerns about the complimentary breakfast and welcome drinks only being applied to one room but no response. We raised another request, for a late check-out at 4 PM. However, upon check-in, things did not go smoothly. Although there is a dedicated Accor Plus check-in counter, no staff were present there, so we had to queue at the regular counter — during peak check-in hours — which took quite a long time. Most concerning was that there was no note or acknowledgment of our late check-out request. After some delay, we were informed that only one room could be granted late check-out at 4 PM. I asked again for the second room, and the staff promised to follow up the next day — but no update was given. We had to follow up ourselves, only to be told again (after another wait) that late check-out for the second room was not possible. It was a weekday, and the hotel didn’t seem to be full — it felt unnecessarily strict and inflexible. Despite all that, one bright spot in our stay was Selly, the Guest Relations staff at Damar Resto. She offered a warm, thoughtful hospitality that truly stood out. We were pleasantly surprised and grateful for the “La Platine” special dish presented as a token of appreciation for loyal members. That gesture reminded us of the kind of service we hoped to experience throughout the hotel. Pullman Ciawi remains one of beautiful Accor resorts near Jakarta, but this stay left us questioning the consistency and sincerity of the hospitality, especially towards loyal Accor members. A real pity — I sincerely hope this feedback is taken constructively for improvement.

A Special Family Stay

We stayed for 1 night with our family and booked two rooms. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed. Our kids really enjoyed the fun activities, and it made us happy to see them smiling. The rooms were clean, cozy, and just right for our short family break. We loved the restaurant by the pool. It had a nice, relaxing vibe, great food choices, and friendly service. Big thanks to Aming for being so kind and helpful. One of the most special moments was the birthday surprise in our room. It was such a lovely and personal touch. Thank you so much to Yosie, Ferlin, Jessica, Lutfia, Ressa, Hana, and Raisya for this beautiful gesture. We really felt the love! Also, thank you to Hendrik and Naufal from the reservation team for making everything smooth before we arrived, and to Kevin at the front office for your friendly and warm welcome. This short stay gave us beautiful memories as a family. Thank you to the whole team!
