i was here actually for some business, this is the first time i try novotel bogor because i also in love with the novotel hotel all around the world and curious about this one. and turns out,it was the best hotel i’ve ever tried!!! the heritage,the cleanliness,the staff was wonderful. i would love to come again in another time!!!

The room was clean, comfortable, and quite spacious. The bed was soft, the air conditioning worked well, and the Wi-Fi was stable for work and video calls. The bathroom was also clean, with good water pressure and enough amenities like soap, shampoo, and towels. I really enjoyed the breakfast. There were both local and international options, and the food was fresh. The staff in the restaurant were friendly and quick to clear the tables. The staff in general were helpful and polite. Check-in and check-out were fast

Was super fun and the staff were friendly, the hotel had a lot of facilities and the buffet for breakfast was good too. The room was clean too. Also got wonderful service from the staff named lovely was very friendly!

The hotel rooms are nice and conformable, the swimming pool view is lovely, and the service from miss Lovely is great. She is very nice and welcoming. Overall the hotel look amazing and the staff are great

have a great view, is not to hot or cold. the staff is great also ones of the training catch my eyes, her name is Lovely? she so friendly and kind, for the first time someone ask me about my staycation and is real memorable
