Excellent ambience! Really polite staff especially Amalia and Dhea from FO departement. Great hospitality. Plenty options for breakfast, lot of activities for kids. Super recommended for family staycation. For sure will come back again!

I had such a fun and interesting time! There were so many cute animals—each one more adorable than the last. They were not just fun to look at, but also super helpful as a learning medium for kids. I think using animals in learning really helps children stay engaged and curious. It’s such a smart and creative idea. A big thank you to Mr. Ilyas, who made the whole experience even better. You're always so kind and supportive, and it really shows in the way you guide and accompany everyone through the activities. It’s not easy to keep things organized and still make sure everyone is having a good time, but you do it so well. I honestly think experiences like this leave a lasting impression, especially on children. They get to learn in a fun and hands-on way, which makes everything more meaningful. And having someone as thoughtful and caring as Mr. Ilyas around really adds to the warmth of the whole experience. So once again, thank you! I truly enjoyed it and appreciate all the effort that went into making it such a lovely time. Looking forward to the next one!

Got a free photo session from Holipic pullman ciawi and the photo turned out so nice. The photographer was so nice and gave us instruction on good poses! the receptionist is also friendly. Thanks holipic pullman! what a great memories to remember. thanksss

Great Staycation as usual

Still the most favourite place for short staycation, escape from work routine, and enjoying the fresh air, green scenery, relaxing place with a lot activities for my teen daughter. It's become like a regular visit to have a short staycation in Pullman Vimala every once or 2 times per year for my family, i really enjoy it. All the staff are very helpful as usual, big thanks to Mr. Yosua the Guests Experience Manager that welcoming and help me a lot during my stay. As usual I have a dinner at Mad Cow Restaurant (the steaks are really great there). It's bit annoying in the beginning for me when the staff in Mad Cow Restaurant (Ms. Poetry) said all the seat has been reserved and I cannot having a dinner there, its bring me a bit disappointment but I am lucky the staff are willing to make an effort, thanks to Mr Wisnu who help me to get a seat for having dinner there (I really appreciate your help), next time i will remember to book a reservation for dinner in advance. Thanks to Ms. Poetry & all the staff to bring back my holiday mood with a great service & delicious dinner. Breakfast on the next morning at Damar Restaurant is very crowded (my stay was on the long weekend and the hotel was in the full capacity). Thank you to Ms Selly & Ms Adel at Damar Restaurant whom help me to get the seats. From Art & Entertainment team, special thanks to Ms. Tiar who accompany my teen daughter to decorate the cupcake activity at our room. It always a pleasure to have short staycation at Pullman Ciawi Vimala hills and i definitely will come back again! See you soon!

This is my first time staying at pullman ciawi, the check in is seamless and had a great hospitality from Ms. Mazaya, who kindly upgraded our room to executive room. The room is very lovely, everything is oerfect, very nice bath tub. Plenty of amenities and activities for adults and kids. Surely this will not be our last visit! Overall, such a great stay!
