The location of the hotel is extremely convenient being close to the old and new town. We got a chance to visit the Christmas market as it was so cold and cannot recommend enough. The hotel is also close to the airport bus and tram which for us for quiet well suited. The staff are astonishing very welcoming and helpful especially thank you to Jonathon, Nicoleta and Uzman for their hospitality.

Excellent hotel in excellent location.

Hotel was in a great location, really central and a two minute walk to the train station. Hotel room was lovely and really quiet. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The bar downstairs was really nice and had a really good atmosphere and there was a live singer who was great. The breakfast was just continental but had a good selection and was nice. Would definitely return.

One of the best stayed we’ve had especially when needed a time away from the kids. Could not fault the extensive support and suggestions which the reception gave up during our time there. All are amazing but have to special mention to Zsanet Tatiana and Jonathan for their hospitality during our stay

We have stayed at this hotel every year and have so many wonderful memories from this place. This year, my husband is suffering from dementia, so we required special care during our stay. The staff went above and beyond to support us, and we are deeply grateful for their kindness and assistance. Jonathan, Tatna, Uzman, and Karina were there for us at all times, ensuring our comfort and providing exceptional care. Thank you for making our stay so much easier during this challenging time.

Olina from the bar was great ! Seen her deal with two ‘demanding’ customers and she handled them with so much professionalism ! I’m a lead receptionist in another hotel and she is a great addition to the ibis team 💅 Ideal personality for hospitality
