Excellent staff at Novotel. Went above and beyond. Managed to get late check out and parking all sorted with no fuss. Room was excellent and clean 👌 Dinner was exceptional, however let down a bit with breakfast ( nothing to write home about). Drink prices were extortionate though - £7.50 for Kopperberg. Location was excellent with train and tram service on your door step. Will definitely be back. Thanks again!

Fire alarm went off @ 10am in our room no explanation no follow up no body cares it seems nothing happened. Then upon checkout the reception lady holds me because they charged me extra for food & beverages which we never ordered. No apologies.

Stayed at Novotel Edinburgh Park in Oct for business. Really nice stay, had all the facilities needed. Gym, Swimming pool, sauna and steam room all to a great standard but a shame they don't open till 7am as would have preferred slightly earlier. I appreciated the friendly and efficient service from the staff, who were always ready to help with any requests. Room was clean, tidy, shower was great and a restful 2 night stay. AC controls all worked as expected. Transport links are great for this hotel being served by both a train and tram stop within walking distance. Being close to public transport links, which made getting around the city hassle-free. There's a KFC and retail park close by if you need to use those. All in all very impressed, not the best place I have stayed at but does a great job and would recommend to others. Highly recommend for both business and leisure travellers.

This is my second stay at Novotel Edinburgh park whilst flying solo with our 10 month old. Both stays have been wonderful. On my first stay the room service ordered via WhatsApp was a revelation, perfect while she was in bed and not having to talk on a phone to order and they let me know when they were heading up with it so I could wait at the door rather than them knocking. All of the staff are SO friendly. Yesterday we got given a beautiful helium crocodile balloon on arrival and a handmade flower one. I put in a request on booking to be placed near to the end off a corridor, so little one didn't keep too many people awake and so corridor noise didn't keep her awake (although the doors are super good at hiding the sound because we didn't hear a thing!) and I didn't really think they would do it but they did! This time we had an early dinner downstairs and the two lady's were so lovely and welcoming. They were happy to talk to little one and pass the time while she was crawling around and didn't make me feel awkward about it. And the food was lovely. Everywhere was lovely and clean. And it's so nice to have a bath to put the baby in for a wash rather than a shower. So a big thank you to all the staff who were on last night, from reception, restaurant and housekeeping delivering the cot, I really appreciated your hospitality.

Everything about it is excellent from the warm welcome at reception from Roxana, Alexandru and team to the excellent bar / restaurant service from Zuzanna, John, Anish and team. I give it 5 stars every time - extremely well ran hotel and great bedrooms and gym too.
