Incompetent. I booked a meal for 3pm many weeks ago. I received various confirmations from their partner, OpenTable, in the lead up to the reservation date. The day prior I got a text asking me to conform o was still going to attend at 3pm. I confirmed. Arrived at the hotel to be told the restaurant wasn't open until 5pm and somehow this was my fault. Terrible. Avoid

Fantastic hotel. Lovely experience with great facilities. Upgraded room with complimentary drinks and snacks. Decent bar selection of drinks in the restaurant. Comfortable bed. Massive bathroom which was great with a powerful shower.

Nice hotel.. Friendly staff, clean room and comfortable bed, nice big bathroom. I loved to have an access to SPA facilities like swimming pool and sauna plus gym. It not close to the city centre but there is a tram and train just next to the hotel

This is the second time we have stayed here. My room was lovely and didn't disappoint. Very modern & spacious, with a fridge, safe, tea & coffee making facilities & TV. We stayed in a superior queen room with a sofa bed, which was warm & comfortable. I did think it was expensive for the car parking this time, as it seems to have gone up in price. This hotel is at Edinburgh Park so you need to catch the tram into town but it only takes around 15 mins and the trams are every 10 minutes. It was £5 per day for an adult for unlimited journeys. We didn't eat in the hotel for the simple reason, the food was served in the bar area with the TV showing sports, so it was more like a sports bar than a restaurant, and we wanted a more relax place to eat. We didn't have breakfast here either, but tried different places in Edinburgh for breakfast. The pool is lovely, so well worth bringing your swimming costume for a quick drip after a hectic day sightseeing. The staff are lovely, and can't do enough for you! They are so helpful with local information and how to get to places. I love the location of this hotel which offers a relaxed place to rest your weary head after a full day in Edinburgh.

Room was spacious and spotless. Staff were all lovely. Breakfast was really good, one of the best ones I’ve had. Food was fresh and well presented. The only view we had was of the car park, but it was quieter than expected. I would note this hotel was further from the centre than I had anticipated. Therefore, only book if you want to be outside the city. It’s a 20-25 minute tram ride in. But is only 10 minutes from the airport by tram.
