Islam, Hassan, Sam, surdewaj, Anis great cleaning and house maintenance service. Cleaning is regular and with happy faces Joseph the manager is great at customer service. Would love to visit again and recommend this hotel. Supervisor Ronny also good.

Good value for a short stay in Riyadh

The hotel offers very good sleeping comfort, breakfast is delicious and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The place is clean and its location is very convenient to explore the city. Two minor critical observations include insufficient occupation of the reception desk which might result in long waiting times when several people are checking in/out at the same time and the furniture and fixtures looking very tired and desperately calling for replacement/ renovation.

the hotel is very neat and clean. the staffs are very accomodating. the breakfast is awesome, food attendant namely Jeza and Nour gave us warm welcome and serves us with a cheerful smile. will definitely book again this hotel next time. keep up the good work!!!

We had the breakfast buffet and we loved it. The food is so delicious. The buffet has many variations. The restaurant has a smoothing relax ambiance. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Overall it was a nice experience.

The rooms were comfortable and spacious, yet a bit noisy at night because of the street outside. Breakfast choices are of good variety, yet I prefer to have other fruity choices. Overall the rooms are clean.
