Dear customers, We thank you for taking the time to write to us. We are sorry to read that the services provided did not live up to your expectations. Please note that we will make every effort to resolve the incidents encountered. The lift can't be change because of the building construction. If you ask us to help you for your luggages, we can do it. There is always one person available to help you in the hotel. We are in Normandy and we don't have several period of high temerature that why we don't have air conditionning and the building is classified : " patrimoine mondial de l'humanité par l'unesco" so we can't do the installation of air conditionning in any case. We all hope to see you again at our etablishment, during a visit to our region. Wishing you a nice continuation Best regards, The reception team
