Great choice in Zona Rosa

Ibis Styles Reforma is in a great location, not far from Reforma 222, Amberes and a host of other things to see in this amazing city. The hotel is finished to a high standard with bright colour used throughout. The staff were very friendly and engaging. My room was an inside atrium view room with a window that didn’t open, that would be my only negative. I would say there again especially for its location and value.

Nice stay. Missed a coffee maker in the room. Breakfast was excellent lots of fresh fruits and cereals.

We were put off by some previous reviews and made the mistake believing them. We ended up in the Century hotel in Zona Rosa which was a nightmare. We checked out and went to the IBIS Styles Reforma and they made our stay the most pleasant experience one could ever image. Mr Dither Perez welcome us in the most friendly manner either a smile. After having told about our previous hotel we went the extra mile to ensure we would leave as very happy customers. The junior suite was amazingly spacious with a fridge, safe and a very comfortable bed. Everything was super clean. Since we had booked an early tour they even provided us with a free lunch box as it was too early for the regular hotel breakfast. The breakfast which could only enjoy the second day of our visit was great and it was included in the price. We felt so welcome at this hotel that we didn’t really want to leave. Definitely a big thank you to all the staff and especially Mr Dither Perez. We surely going to return to this hotel. We can only recommend it this hotel for its location, facilities and amazing staff. Frank Schneider

Great Location and Room

Great location and room. However, the shower which was a step down into from the bathroom floor, majorly flooded out over the floor each time we used. We mentioned to Reception on the first of our four mornings, but nothing seemed to be done about this. So, we just kept asking for more towels to mop the floor. Possibly the shower drains needed a good clean out or some plumbing work. Apart from that. Great breakfast selection, fridge in room with daily fresh bottled water, air con and tv. For us older people with flailing eyesight, the Room Registration Hotel Policy card / In Case of Fire check list was in such a tiny print we were not able to read. Suggest resizing this document to a more regular font size.

Annoying Noise

We are presently staying at the hotel. There is a guy who is singing with a loudspeaker on the adjacent street every night. You can hear him in the room. The hotel has not done anything about this situation. Just get the police involved. Looking for another hotel.
