Hotel was very spacious. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms could use better cleaning and some updates. Very central could walk to the metro and bus stops without any problems. Laundry facility.

Great location, large building but poor maintenance and cleaning.

The department was well in the price benefit equation, but the maintenance and cleaning could be better. Although I ask for help in this ishues they did not resolve them. It's the first time this happens to me in an Accord chain hotel. Regards

Pleasant quiet appartment 30 minutes walk from the Champerret Exhibition! Pleasant beds. Usefull kitchenette. Easy selfcatering breakfast with bakers shop across the street, and a closeby supermarket. Nearby restaurants. Friendly, helpful staff, fast check-in and out.

Another pleasant stay here, Last time two month ago, next time in May! WiFi slow this time. Hotel with nearby bakery, grocery stores, restaurants etc,and whatever you need if self catering. 25 min walk to the Champerret Exhibition.

A great deal in Paris

We had 5 of us stay in the 2 bedroom apartment for a couple nights. There was so much space and a nice little kitchen to prepare some breakfast each day. It was a 10 minute walk to the metro and we could easily connect into all of Paris. It would have cost us 2-3 times more to stay in smaller hotels in the city centre. This place is great for family travel on a budget.

Banyo tasarımı dışında herşey gayet olumluydu. Banyodaki yarım seperatör suların duş teknesinden banyo zeminine taşmasına neden oluyordu.

Our second stay here, this time for 13 days during an exhibition at the Champerret (25 minutes walk). Very comfortable and quiet twin superior room at floor 6. Very friendly staff. Supermarket and Bakery close across the street for your selfcatering. Have just booked our next stay!

The hostel is really fine and could be perfect if were near from interested points. Unfortunelly is too far from the metro, which is not so good when you are carring a lot of bagages. The facilities inside the room are great and usefull! I didn't like the cleaning room policy.

The hotel is quite new so we expected a clean room, and that's what we got. The whole hotel was really clean and the room looked like we could have been the first visitors there. We prepared our own breakfast so I can't say anything about the buffet breakfast you could buy. The staff was very friendly and generally spoke english at least a little. The location is a bit off-center, but you can get to the center quite easily and fast. We used primarily the train (just a few minutes walk from the hotel), but the metro worked also fine (a couple minutes more). All in all a very good experience and we'd definitely recommend this to anyone. Excellent value for money.

Use my credit card after check out without authorization Room is clean Kitchen we'll equipped Reception is friendly No cleaning No towel exchange You need to collect garbage by your self and through it out of hotel Supermarket is near, restaurant for halal food Metro 15 min or 10 min walking You must clean your room before check out or they will deduct 50€ from your credit card without mention this.... All of sudden

As explained at your arrival and then with reception the day of your departure, the cleaning of the kitchen must be done before your check out. The garbage also should be put into the dedicated area on ground 0 near the car park. By that, you help us to keep apartments in a good state of cleanliness and to facilitate the formalities of arrival for next customers who book this Apartment after your stay.
