Staff and general manager remarkable. Was our third time in this apart hotel and we will come back next time in Paris. The location is near two metro lines access as well as other services, restaurants and markets.

2 metro lines nearby can get you to major tourist spots. Bus 86 meanders through the city and you all the way to Eiffel Tower. Lots of restaurants in the area to choose from. The room is functional with a small kitchen.

The hotel was excellent with high quality well appointed accommodation in a quiet location convenient to 2 metro stations within easy access to central Paris and the Bois de Vincennes to the East. I had no problems when there and the staff were very professional.

The apartment was very clean, although the Nespresso machine took some getting used to! Excellent restaurants in the surrounding area, very French and welcoming. Even though our stay was marred by being mugged on the metro 10 minutes after arriving, the hotel staff were very helpful, and welcoming

The room were OK Internet was slow, and tey stop the access very early on the check out date. Breakfast was very poor and missing a lot, no review on items that is finished as well check in and check out is fast The air condition is stopped at 12 while I was still in the room and told the reception that I'll leave at 1 and they were OK.

Very well located apartment. Staff are friendly,efficient and very helpful. The apartment was clean. Bed was comfortable. Kitchenette offers a microwave/convection oven with electric cook top and a selection of kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery. However, it is small and poorly designed with no regard to safety. A kettle of some sort would be desirable.

Great place to recommend, clean and practical, very eco consious, good Carefour shop near by with everything to buy, cafes and restaurants also, city transport very good to reach the Paris attractions and the CDG airport. we will surely come back some other time, internet booking was easy and all information needed was received on time.

The description of the apart hotel is perfect, it is exactly that you will get. Everything in the apartment is new and worked perfectly. A small kitchen is perfect for small meals. There is a Carrefour and boulangeries near the hotel. It is near of metro station (line 1) (4 minutes walk), you can easelly reach the main attactions of Paris in 10 or 15 minutes.

The hotel is situated in a good location, within reach to paris sights via train. The room was clean with basic facilities. The reception staff Majid is very accommodating and helpful. He helped us with trying to locate our missing baggage from the airlines. The same cannot be said of the other staff though. We had approached others for help with the same when Majid was not around and they were unfortunately not as helpful. With definitely stay there again if we're ever in Paris again.

I was very happy with my stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and the staff at the front desk was very pleasant! It is conveniently located next to the #1 and #8 metro and a large supermarket (to stock your fridge). The only reason I am not giving this hotel and 5 star review is that I could NEVER reach anyone before my stay. I had a problem that arose with my reservation and I sent numerous emails and never got a response. I also tried calling the hotel from the US a few times and no one answered the phone. Not sure why the staff could not be bothered with reading and returning emails from guests.
