Siamo davvero lieti di leggere che si sia sentita “a casa” durante la sua permanenza e che abbia apprezzato la gentilezza e l’umanità del nostro team. Un ringraziamento speciale per aver menzionato Antonios: sarà un piacere condividere le sue parole con lui, ne sarà sicuramente orgoglioso. Allo stesso tempo, mi dispiace apprendere alcuni aspetti che non hanno rispecchiato i nostri standard abituali. Le sue osservazioni riguardo alla pulizia della biancheria, così come la qualità del caffè e del cappuccino, sono state attentamente prese in considerazione e condivise con i reparti interessati per un immediato miglioramento. Abbiamo inoltre preso nota dei suoi commenti relativi all’acqua e alla Spa.
