We are pleased to know that you appreciated our hotel's location, architectural character, the quality of our breakfast, and, above all, the friendliness and professionalism of our team. It is especially rewarding to hear your kind words about our Italian-speaking waiter, and we will be delighted to share your recognition with him. At the same time, we are sincerely sorry that the accommodation assigned to your family did not meet your expectations. We understand how disappointing it must have been to find the apartment lacking the space and comfort you anticipated for five guests. While our apartments are designed to accommodate families, we regret that the layout and overall experience did not provide the level of comfort you expected from an MGallery property or the value you felt you had paid for. We also appreciate your comments regarding the check-out process and Wi-Fi performance. Your suggestions for additional reception support during peak periods and improvements to our internet connectivity have been shared with the relevant teams as we continue working to enhance our guest experience. Siamo davvero lieti di leggere che si sia sentita “a casa” durante la sua permanenza e che abbia apprezzato la gentilezza e l’umanità del nostro team. Un ringraziamento speciale per aver menzionato Antonios: sarà un piacere condividere le sue parole con lui, ne sarà sicuramente orgoglioso. Allo stesso tempo, mi dispiace apprendere alcuni aspetti che non hanno rispecchiato i nostri standard abituali. Le sue osservazioni riguardo alla pulizia della biancheria, così come la qualità del caffè e del cappuccino, sono state attentamente prese in considerazione e condivise con i reparti interessati per un immediato miglioramento.
