Exceptional service from both Thiago's, Otavio, Anna and the team at the front desk, and from Leticia and the team in the restaurant. Good value. Great sauna and pool area. Everything clean and professional. Really nice sushi restaurant attached to the hotel. Etc!

This is a top hotel in Belo Horizonte. I always stay here when visiting my family. The staff is always friendly and efficient, rooms are comfortable, and the food the best. A big shout out to Luisa at the hotel restaurant. I was ill for a couple of days and she went the extra mile to make me feel welcome. Obrigada!
