Lack of maintenance everywhere. Internet connection very very bad. Gym machines dying. Sauna sometimes work sometimes not. People in the reception they do not pay attention to customers. ONLY people in the restaurante every morning make the place nice. All of them very kind specially Renata always ready to provide the best service.

The Mercure Vila da Serra Hotel breakfast restaurant (Coffee Shop) serves good food with friendly staff and good service, even though most of them speak Portuguese and not English. Hotel is also good for business meetings but internet speed and bandwidth could be improved.

Outstanding breakfast variety and friendly staff service. Last time that I stayed at this hotel was +15 years ago and they keep the same outstanding level of quality as before. I totally recommend this hotel.

I couldn’t be more disappointed with my stay I am in a room on the eighth floor, which ridiculously old I feel like I traveled back in time Not only is extremely worn out, there is this absolutely 1980 window that do not block the sound of the huge generator from a hospital right next to my window. I measured with my Apple Watch and turns out the noise is absolutely high, reaching up to 80 dB Never gonna be back on this place again run if you can don’t even think I’m booking a night in this hotel

Hotel is very well maintained. Staff is very friendly and whatever I needed they attended very fast. It is well located in the heart of the buzz at the city, making also the nightlife very interesting. Foid at breakfast is delicious with plenty of options.
