Due to power cuts warm water was not available and the AC (air conditioning) was not functioning neither.

Gute Lage des Hotels und schöne Lobby mit einladenden Farben, Interiors, etc - in den Zimmern ist dies leider nicht anzufinden (Superior Room) Badezimmer dunkel und sterile Farbtöne, keine Lotion o.ä. angeboten sehr schlechte Sanitäre Infrastruktur - ständig sind die Toiletten verstopft... Tee wird im Roomservice nicht nachgefüllt, Internet schlecht bis sehr schlecht in den Zimmern Gym: viel zu klein, schlecht ausgestattet und im EG auch vom Pullman Hotel genutzt

Moderne und geräumige Zimmer, sehr gute Office Möglichkeiten mit schneller und verlässlicher Internet Verbindung.Der Highlight ist das Frühstück. Hier bleiben keine Wünsche offen, sogar meine frisch gepressten Limetten wurden täglich mit Freude für mich mich vorbereitet. Einige Speisen werden frisch von zwei sehr netten Köchinnen zubereitet. Generell ist das Hotelpersonal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
