Terrible experience. Spent a week at a conference. Rooms were freezing all the time. Sound system was terrible. Food was ok. But avoid this place if you want to organize a conference. If you hold a conference here your delegates will go home sick.

This is a nice 4-star level hotel. It’s adjacent to a Mercure hotel, another Accor brand. The common areas are sort of 1970s looking with mirrors everywhere. The room was pretty nice and very clean. We got a few English language channels including a couple of movie channels that ran English language movies with Portuguese subtitles. Breakfast was so-so. Good variety but the quality was mediocre. Service was excellent. Front desk personnel and the night bartender were friendly and very good. The hotel responded quickly to my emails prior to arrival. They have an I lounge for Accor members that have Gold status or better. It has snacks and sodas and has a few work stations. I had not seen this type of lounge at an Accor property before. I liked the hotel and thought it was a good value.

Thoroughly enjoyed the variety at the breakfast buffet at the Pullman. Bruno was superb as my waiter, very efficient and attentive. The fact that he was bi lingual was a pleasant surprise. He spoke English very well! Look forward to returning in the future.
