Great location, big rooms and amazing staff. Fabio and Felipe were extremely helpful, together with Virginia and every single staff employed in the hotel. Will come back. The breakfast has loads of variety and is very tasty. The only thing is that the gym is quite small. But you have rebook or smart fit gyms nearby.

Wanessa in the lobby bar was super friendly with a contagious smile and super helpful when I wanted a simple drink quickly - a simple soda was delivered quickly and I had no delay in paying when I wanted to leave quickly. She was also patient with my Spanish and no Portuguese. Great help!

Great position, great staff. Breakfast is good and with good quality. Food is really great in Brazil. Rooms are really comfortable. We also had meetings in meeting room and service was pretty good. The room is well equipped and everything was working well.

Had a fantastic experience at this hotel. Very close to INSPER and well connected to great parts of the city. Super kind staff! Alice at the front desk did a great job of tailoring the experience to my professional asks and needs. The hotel also provided great room service at all hours.
