Excellent airport stay, great service

Just an overnight stay before a flight home to UK. The Pullman is a lovely hotel with many facilities we simply didn’t have time to enjoy. Room was comfortable, clean and spacious, and relatively quiet despite single glazing and proximity to the airport. Shower room very good with Occitane toiletries. Buffet breakfast excellent with many choices, an egg station and a great variety of fruits and juices. Staff very pleasant and friendly, with useful shuttle service to and from airport.

Best place to stay for overnight layovers at São Paulo airport ! Perfect Re-Energizing location!

Unfortunately Only One Night stay - but fabulous stay ! Everything is so great in this hotel; perfect place for overnight layovers. Very convenient as it is only 10min from the airport accessible with the Free Schuttle from Pullman. Impeccable & Outstanding service provided by the Lovely Smiling “Mariane” at the Executive lounge - Muito Obrigado. Beautiful breakfast with even the Açai available :-P great executive lounge, fantastic swimming pool with comfortable hammock and much more… You can get any better in terms of Quality/Service/Location/Price !

Repeatedly poor service during our short stay

The service at this lovely hotel really let the hotel down. Firstly we arrived at the same time as several (20+) member of cabin crew were checking out so there was no-one available to check us in which after a long journey was frustrating. Once we were finally checked in, we went to our room only to find maintenance men working in the bathroom. We waited a further 20 minutes and were eventually given another room. Its just not what you want after a long journey. When we checked out we asked the receptionist if there was room on the courtesy bus to the airport and she assured us there was. We had seen several cabin crew in reception looking like they were checking out so we also checked with the concierge and he assured us there would be room on the courtesy bus. When it arrived, they prioritised the cabin crew (even though we were there before all of them) and there was no room left in the courtesy bus. They paid for a taxi for us but really it was very poor of them. We could see there wasn't going to be room so surely they could too and rather than telling us immediately we waited for 35 minutes only to be put in a taxi. All in all it was very poor and not at all what we expected from Pullman.

Dirty rooms and bad food

Awful food choices. Rooms are not clean. Irritated my skin. So much discomfort. Shampoo is pathetic. My hair felt like dry grass. Staff has zero empathy for muslims and do not accomodate. Zero food options were given to me. I kid you not!! I eat seafood, breads, fruits and so much more but they said you can order fruit if you want because in buffet we don’t have anything specific daily it changes everyday!!! Understandable. But when I ordered vegetarian it was disgusting. Margarita pizza Full of olive oil & 2 inch cheese. No flavour. Seafood pasta stinking so bad i had to return and they gave me half cooked raw tomato sauce speghatti. Horrible experience. Not recommended. Unhygienic and unfriendly.
