Very good sleep

This hotel is located very close to the city center and provides basic amenities but a very good sleep. The bed is very comfy and the temperature in the room is very good too. We had a very good rest. The rooms are not very big and the restaurant provides basic products but good enough when you just need a clean and comfy place to sleep.

Great hotel rooms are smaller but very clean with comfortable beds and a big washroom. Great free breakfast and perfect parking on site. Very comfortable stay! Would recommend this hotel when traveling through Copiapo. Also close to many restaurants but on-site restaurant is very good as well.

I am only writing this review for Manuel — this poor man had to put up with my mother during check in, she was not nice to him because he could not completely understand her. If you want to visit a Spanish speaking country, you should know Spanish, or at least have a translator, so all of the confusion was her fault. Manuel was so nice to all of us in spite of her ill temper. I saw him work almost every shift during my four night stay, and he was always friendly and willing to help. He even helped me during an awkward moment when I called the desk and in broken Spanish asked for bathroom supplies — he personally delivered in less than a minute. I would come back just for him! He might not be happy to see us, but I’d be happy to see him.

Fairly good priced. Good location. One caveat restaurant service needs improvement, slow service and food so so. But overall I usually stay in this hotel because price/quality and location and other amenities. Definitively recommended.

The IBIS Copiapo is what you expect from Accor IBIS - functional and good value for money. My family received wonderful personal attention from the Manager Mauricio. Good service is a little rare in Copiapo but Mauricio was very informative and helpful in a genuine way. Thank you.
