I recently stayed at Grand Mercure at Gopalan Mall, and it was truly an exquisite experience from start to finish. The staff were consistently great—very friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. A special mention goes to Chef Surendra and Ritikant, who were incredibly accommodating with special menu requests. I was traveling with a group that was not very tolerant of spicy food, and we genuinely appreciated the effort they put into ensuring our meals were enjoyable and suited to our preferences throughout our stay. The restaurant and service staff—Ate, Wilfred, Divya, Vivi, and the rest of the team—were always attentive and helpful during every mealtime and with our daily needs. My room was always kept clean and tidy. The housekeeping supervisor, Jitendra (I hope I got his name right), was especially attentive and proactive, making sure I had everything I needed. He was always just a call away for cleaning, laundry, or any other request, which I truly appreciated. Thanks to the housekeeping team, I was able to enjoy a comfortable and well-maintained room throughout my stay. Overall, it was a very pleasant, comfortable, and accommodating three-week stay. I would happily recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

The Stay was wonderful. All the hotel staff specially Miss. Melisha is too kind and helpful. Also the location is very near to the prime locations.

The rooms are very nice. The bathroom was very spacious. The staff is very, very friendly. It took approximately one hour to get from the airport to the hotel. The breakfast is very substantial and delicious. Wilfried took very good care of me during breakfast.
