We had a great time having dinner buffet today on the occasion of our wedding anniversary. It was all due to exceptional hospitality experience provided by Zeeshan who made our 8 year old daughter very special and took care of all her needs. 20/10 on the exceptional service provided by Zeeshan and made our anniversary a special one.

Visited Grand Mercure for birthday staycation. I will say it was an I was upgraded from Executive suite to Presidential suite. Room Decoration, other details were above expectations. Enakshi and Maithri were very helpful during the stay. Welcome was done in the traditional welcome with arti etc. I plan to visit in future as well.

Decent Christmas staycation

Decent stay experience. Stayed there for Christmas, the rooms are spacious with all amenities and ample furniture. We got the highest floor room. The service from the staff is quite good. The pool can be far better though, didn’t like it at all. Also lacks a game/entertainment lounge, though they make up for it with a library
