Very good breakfast and nice clean rooms. Staff were fantastic and were very helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.

Dirty linen with stains provided. Hair on the floor. Unhygienic and Dirty. Very poor experience. The hotel manager is not bothered how the hotel is operating. Iron board not there and other issues

The issues you highlighted about the stained linen, hair on the floor, lapses in hygiene, and missing amenities such as the iron board in the ironing corner are completely unacceptable and far below the standards we uphold. I’m equally concerned that you felt the team and management were not attentive. This is certainly not the level of care or responsiveness we aim to provide. Please be assured that your comments have been taken very seriously. I have personally addressed these concerns with the team to ensure immediate corrective action. We are also strengthening our room inspection processes to prevent such lapses from recurring. I sincerely request you to give us another opportunity to restore your confidence in us. After conducting research, I selected ibis were good staff like Andrew, James is available like I was highly impressed with its clean and comfortable rooms, food and additional facilities. I highly recommend it!
