I stayed at Grand Mercure from 27th Jan to 30th Jan, and I had a truly wonderful experience. A special mention to Rain and Sreekanth—they were absolutely outstanding. Both were extremely helpful, friendly, warm, and very understanding. Their approach towards guests and their service levels were exceptional. They went out of their way to ensure comfort and made the entire stay feel welcoming and seamless. Because of their hospitality, my stay was not just comfortable but genuinely enjoyable.
