I stayed at grand Mercure hotel which was amazing. I really thankful Vishal from housekeeping who took care of me. He cleaned well, i felt like home.

Had a wonderful stay at Grand Mercure Bengaluru! The hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort, elegance, and warm hospitality. The rooms were spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, making the stay truly relaxing. The staff was courteous and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Great dining options and convenient location made the experience even better. Highly recommended for both business and leisure stays.

We had a great time having dinner buffet today on the occasion of our wedding anniversary. It was all due to exceptional hospitality experience provided by Zeeshan who made our 8 year old daughter very special and took care of all her needs. 20/10 on the exceptional service provided by Zeeshan and made our anniversary a special one.

Visited Grand Mercure for birthday staycation. I will say it was an I was upgraded from Executive suite to Presidential suite. Room Decoration, other details were above expectations. Enakshi and Maithri were very helpful during the stay. Welcome was done in the traditional welcome with arti etc. I plan to visit in future as well.
