Had yet another very pleasant stay at Novotel. The hospitality was excellent, and the experience was smooth and comfortable throughout. Special thanks to the serving staff Chanchal, Samant, Bishwajit, Ankul, Nutun, and Heya from the Front Desk for their warm, professional, and attentive service. Truly appreciate the team’s efforts—looking forward to staying here again.

For a business trip, the Outer Ring Road is highly recommended, and the room cleaning service by Asim was very professional. Food is better and staff is very cooperative.

Stay was really very nice.. the check in and check out was very smooth..really appreciate the front desk staff,,, they are verY helpful and comparative The breakfast buffet was amazing. Love to stay here Will visit again ❤️
