It was an amazing experience staying hotel staff is very polite and kind specially Mr. Jagdish from house keeping department is the amazing person he is such a kind person with a warm smile. Overall atmosphere is very good and a quiet huge property with library kids play on designated floors

I stayed at this hotel for three weeks: I came to a nice, clean, organized, and nicely scented room every night. I had breakfast buffet with so many options and in-room dining a few times. I enjoyed every bite. My appreciation goes to the exceptional crew for such nice work. I would definitely stay here again.

Great visit to Bangalore and the Grand Mercure. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Dharmendra, Indrani, Dhrubajyoti, Beauty, and Shabnam. The rooms were very clean, and kept fresh daily. Thank you so much! I will be happy to stay here again

Comfortable and convenient hotel while visiting Bangalore for business. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure everything about the stay is great: the rooms, the restaurant, the gym. This was my 2nd stay and I am sure I will be back in the future .

Dhrubhjyoti helped with excellent housekeeping service from laundry to room cleaning, Making exceptions to provide shoe cleaning services in addition to regular laundry. The hospitality overall has been tremendous and I recommend a stay here whether business or leisure
