3 Month stay at the Grand Mercure

I stayed at the Grand Mercure at Gopalan Mall for three months during my business assignment in Bangalore, India. Although I was far away from my home in Switzerland, the staff made me feel truly at home every single day with their friendliness, attention to detail, and constant warmth. What I will remember most from my time in Bangalore is definitely the kindness of the staff at the Grand Mercure. They brightened every day and made me feel genuinely cared for. Housekeeping did an excellent job every single day. The hotel also provided me with many complimentary items and thoughtful gestures throughout my stay, which truly helped me during my long business trip. Whenever a problem came up, it was always resolved quickly and efficiently. I never had to worry about anything. A special thank you goes to the wonderful team at La Utsav. Chef Surindra, thank you for preparing personalised dishes for me every day, always delicious and perfectly adapted to my dietary restrictions. Zeeshan, thank you for keeping me entertained with great conversations while always staying professional, attentive, and incredibly hardworking. My gratitude also goes to Ayush, Ashish, and all the other staff members whose names I may not be able to list here, simply because there were so many wonderful people who made my stay exceptional. On my last day, the staff even surprised me with a farewell cake and warm goodbyes. This is simply a gesture I will never forget and one that shows how much they care about their guests. The gym was also amazing! Younus is very dedicated and provided fantastic advice that I will remember beyond my stay at the Hotel! To conclude, I truly believe that it is the people who make this hotel so special. The Grand Mercure at Gopalan Mall is outstanding not only because of its facilities, but because of the incredible team that runs it. Thank you all for making my long stay feel like home.
