Wonderful staycation with family

The staff is really humble and take good care for their guests. Although the dinner buffet could be improved a bit but the breakfast buffet is incredible.

The stay was amazing. Breakfast was good. Sailo helped me with the food and was a very good host. Thank you. Room was spacious and room service was great.

We had an excellent stay at the Grand Mercure, where we spent four nights. All the staff were incredibly helpful, courteous, and always greeted us with a smile. A special mention goes to Wilfred, Ashish, and the rest of the team at La Utsav, who were outstanding and very friendly during breakfast. They consistently checked on us to ensure we had everything we needed and made us feel truly comfortable. We will definitely choose to stay at the Grand Mercure again on our future trips.
