Super service for an airport hotel

Whilst the overall service is very good, I have two specific occasions that felt below par in terms of the overall experience. Important to know that I stayed for 1 day each on two separate occasions within the same week a) We had ordered a shuttle service from the hotel to the airport on our first stay and promptly received a call in the room, where were ready, so we could come down to the lobby and be on our way. On the second instance, we requested for shuttle service again from the hotel to the airport and waited in the room for a call. When there was no call after 10 minutes of waiting, we went down to the lobby to be told by the reception that the driver left as we were late. We didn't think the shuttle was every organised. We were then arranged a taxi that cost us nearly €10.00 more than the shuttle would have. b) The hotel has a water dispenser at the entrance to every floor, so guests can fill their own water bottles - as a eco-friendly service to avoid single use plastics. Yet when we ordered dinner at the restaurant and requested for Tap water, we were told that only Mineral water was available. This almost contradicts what the hotel's policy stood for. The rooms (on both occasions) were good, the beds comfortable and by and large good team except for the incident with the shuttle bus

Dear Guest, I do appreciate for the time you spent in reviewing your experience in our hotel. I am very sorry for the inconvenience reported. I will surely check what procedure has been gone wrong. The restaurant serve sparkling mineral water in addition to the natural available for free in each corridor but just it is served in glass bottles as in our policy is forbidden the plastic. Good hotel. Well run with good service. Beds comfortable and rooms nice. Close to the airport with free parking on the premises. Clientele seemed to be mostly business with some skiers thrown in for good measure. Room was quiet even though this hotel is on a fairly busy street. Think this hotel beat suited for people traveling with a car though and public transport a little ways away — but doable I think.
