Decent Hotel. Location is prominent of course, Service is good too, Rooms are good. Not excellent but yeah good. When you're in Pattaya you hardly try hotel food so yeah same case. But Definitely a nice property, any way it's Mercure. Nightly rate is decent enough.

I recently stayed at this hotel as my second time. I had checked in with K Anya, her service is very good she always smile to the guest. Khun Bowwie at the bar also really nice she recommended me a lots of the menu which I felt impressed! Lastly I totally enjoyed the service from Khun Phatcha at breakfast she always greeted me with smile which I feel happy!

Stayed 25–29 Sept 2025 in a Superior Twin City-View Room. Three excellent staff — Supoj (Concierge), NongNong (Pool Bar), and Aun (Front Office) — made my stay pleasant. However, management’s lack of follow-up even two weeks later left a poor impression. Housekeeping was slow despite advance notice, and hygiene needs improvement — I experienced skin itching and saw mattresses left around service areas. Mercure Pattaya has potential, but management must be proactive, not reactive, to match its front-line staff’s hospitality.
