Was very busy during Songkran but this hotel provided excellent respite from the busyness. Location was excellent and was fairly close to most areas. Was walking distance to Terminal 21 Shopping mall and others. Rooms were pleasant, simple but functional. They have a nice looking pool here. Staff were also very nice here.

Located in the middle of town, walking distance to major malls. Rooms clean and good service. They have a swimming pool on site. Walking distance to the beach as well. Same compound as Holiday Inn resort. Ample parking for those who will drive there.

Well located budget hotel with good veg food options my sincere thanks to manager bow who helped us a lot for having our dinner and solved our problem of veg food with too many options here we enjoyed more fresh fruits than nearby fruit market pizza and fries were superb and cheap as compared to others

Small rooms, but have most of what's needed

Overall the hotel provides a good basic service at a reasonable price. The staff are all nice and always helpful. The rooms are small, as are the bathrooms, but have most of what you need. One thing I didn't like was not having an area with a desk and chair that I could sit at to work on my laptop. Maybe I could have this if had chosen a higher room category. Since the ibis Business Card was downgraded from ALL Gold to ALL Silver it appears that I'm no longer able to enjoy a beer as my welcome drink. I find this surprising as when I stayed at the ibis Styles Bangkok Sukhumvit 4 a few days ago they gave me two beers and a small bowl of complimentary peanuts to go with it! It seems so cheap that a loyalty member can have a soft drink or a cup of coffee but not a beer. Sometimes the small things are what get noticed most.
