Our stay at the Pullman Pattaya has been absolutely amazing, thanks to the outstanding staff who consistently greeted us with warm smiles and went above and beyond to assist us. A special shoutout to Joe at the front lobby for his exceptional service. He helped us when our Grab driver was stuck at the wrong location, guiding them to us, and on another occasion, he assisted with a communication issue involving our shuttle driver to ensure we were reimbursed. His dedication and problem-solving skills made a huge difference, and we’re so grateful for his efforts. Upon arrival, the front desk team made us feel incredibly welcome. The women checking us in were so pleasant, and Bank ensured we had everything we needed to settle in comfortably. Our experience was further enhanced by Peter from the Beach Club, who made our dining moments truly unforgettable with his helpfulness and fun personality. Non was also a delight to interact with and provided great assistance throughout our stay. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so memorable! We look forward to returning.

Excellent service, the bar has a professional, friendly, experienced tourist, fluent English speaker named Angelo I advise that the bar closes not too early at 9:30 I hope there will be parties every day for the guests and not just complete silence.

Goede staff special the pool crew Angelo very friendly .food . Very great the bed is free wen you order food Very nice holiday the sea is clean the bed are soft the pool is clean . And you can go directly to the sea and the have great Thai food. There are 2 pools and safetyguard for children pool

Was not my first trip to the hotel. Staff very professional from the minute that you check in till check out. The hotel is very well positioned with direct access to the beach where most rooms benefit from sea view and balconies. The Beach Club serves amazing cocktails delicious food from various hotel outlets. All compliments of the hotel manager Mr Pring dedication to keeping high standards unforgettable experience.
