Good experience at novotel. Fast check in. Polite reception team. We had a womdwrful time. Great food. Ckean rooms and hygenic.

The level of cleanliness throughout the hotel was truly outstanding and reflected a strong commitment to excellence. The room was immaculately clean, well-organized, and consistently refreshed, creating a sense of comfort and calm from the moment I entered. Every detail — from the linen to the bathroom amenities — was meticulously maintained. The public areas were equally impressive, always spotless and well-presented, regardless of the time of day, which speaks volumes about the efficiency and dedication of the housekeeping team.
