Great hotel. Avoidable spa

Good property. Good location. The spa on the other hand is surprisingly below par. Some of their therapists are unskilled and u trained. The therapist my wife got was astonishingly unskilled. Forget relaxation, it was an unsettling therapy, not to mention potentially dangerous as an amateur can cause damage with therapy. So if a spa in the hotel is on your list then avoid. Else, go for it.

It was a wonderful experience staying in Novotel, Goa. It's a beautiful property. Staff was very polite and helpful. Breakfast buffet spread was very good. Overall it was a great stay here.

Stay was amazing highly recommend all to come breakfasts was very good room was very clean value for money coming again.

The property has a convenient location though far away from the beach. They do not have a drop facility to and from the beach, but while booking it was mentioned that the facility was available. The ambience is typically corporate, not a very family focused hotel. Therefore the behavior of the staff is rather curt and lack the warmth and friendliness you expect on a family vacation. The deluxe rooms come with a balcony, though all that we could see was walls of the next building from the balcony. The room was spacious well arranged. There was a severe problem with the AC. On our anniversary evening, we had the electrician Sagar come in and out of our room very 15 mins starting at 9-30 pm for two hours yet were not able to fix the AC problem. Finally at 11-30 in the night they just switched of the AC from the central control with no information to us. The Duty Manager Akshita, pleaded helplessness which obviously did not help to make our situation any better. She assured us to be upgraded the next day, which also did not happen. No apologies or even acknowledgement for extreme harassment on our anniversary from the hotel The good news when we just by chance switched on the AC in the midnight, it started cooling and worked well for the rest of our stay. The breakfast had very limited considering a brand of repute like Novotel So if you are looking for a enjoyable stay with your family, just be mindful that it may just not happen.
