We had a very nice and comfortable stay at Novotel Candolim. The property is well maintained, and the service was warm and attentive. The team ensured we were well taken care of at every step. A special mention to Vaibhav, who went out of his way to make our stay smooth and enjoyable. Overall, a very nice experience and we would be happy to stay here again.

Comfortable Anniversary Stay with Scope for Improvement in Breakfast & Water Pressure

We stayed at Novotel Goa Candolim from 14th to 16th December 2025 to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and overall our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The check-in and check-out process was quick and smooth, which we really appreciated. The staff was supportive, and the permanent staff members were very polite and helpful. Services were prompt, and overall comfort during the stay was excellent. However, there are a few areas that need improvement. The breakfast menu was limited and repetitive, with very few options available. Also, while some restaurant staff were courteous, a few trainee staff members need better training in hospitality and friendliness. We also faced an issue with low water pressure in the bathroom. We were staying in Room No. 1414, and this caused some inconvenience. Ratings: • Comfort: 10/10 • Service: 7/10 • Breakfast: 7/10 • Check-in / Check-out: 10/10 Overall, it was a good experience, and with improvements in breakfast variety, staff training, and water pressure, the stay can be even better. Hope the management takes note of these points.

One of the worst experiences at any luxury category hotel like Novotel, As an Accor Gold Member I was accepting good welcome but there was no hospitality or good welcome at all, no priority check-in as Gold Member, I was searching for my room and no one was there to help. they have upgraded my room but room was so messy to much smell was there in the room even from Balcony also there was smell of kitchen as it was above the hotel restaurant kitchen, furniture of room was too old so I asked for room change but in that room also same issues, this hotel property looks good only in images during the booking staff of this hotel is may don't care about the feedback or satisfaction of customer, food was OK in restaurant but service was slow as very less staff was available there. I thought it will be better property of there own other Novotel Goa Resort and Spa but the experiences was even worst here. And at the end the terrible experience was to book a Texi for Airport from hotel, Reception staff informed that you have to book Texi for airport from hotel only which was very costly compared to Goa Miles & other local Texi but they told that Texi union guys who was sitting at hotel gate will not allow other Texi at hotel. Or else as per there tips I should go by walk for some distance with my luggage to book local Texi but may that will also not work. So at the end I have manged myself. and yes the staff of Casino was so rude who sitting out side the casino which was connected to this hotel and complimentary entry was there for hotel staff. for more details if anyone from this hotel staff contact me for feedback I will explain more.
